Staff very helpful and courteous. Good breakfast and variety.

We checked in around 10pm and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, mattresses were clean and AC kept the room at a perfect temperature. Location was great, right off the interstate and plenty of places nearby to stop for food or coffee. We had a great experience.

There is nothing bad or special about this hotel it was just ok. My husband found the hot part of the breakfast decent. Had plenty of hot water and the hotel room was clean. The beds were extremely hard and there was alot of hotel noise which made for a terrible night sleep. There was no one at front desk when checking out, just a note saying to drop your keys in a basket. I felt the hotel was overpriced for what it was but comparable to other area hotels.

This is an older property and in poor condition. The paint is peeling off the walls in many places. There is damage that has not been corrected, The property was busy, as it is near the interstate and there were a plethora of college and travel teams playing this time of year, coupled with the World Cup. My sink was stopped up and it was a Friday. The answer I got was, "the maintenance guy will be back Monday." They didn't fix it. The ice machine on my floor was not functional. At least the AC was cold. Let's just say I would never stay here again.

The room didn’t feel very clean, there were noticeable areas that looked like they hadn’t been thoroughly maintained, and some parts of the property seemed worn down or overdue for upkeep. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t meet expectations for comfort or cleanliness. The biggest issue, though, was the noise. There were loud guests throughout the night, and it was difficult to get any real rest. Whether it was thin walls or a lack of enforcement of quiet hours, it made the stay pretty frustrating. Overall, this place might work for a quick, no-frills stay if you’re not too concerned about noise or condition, but I would likely look elsewhere next time for a more comfortable experience.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Had a hiccup when we checked in (given keys to a room already occupied) but they were quick to get our room fixed. Breakfast looked good but we never actually ate due to our softball schedule. Convenient for eating and some shopping and was about 30 min from the softball fields!

Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff was excellent. Indoor pool was not very clean and had no towels. And the elevator made scary sounds and door would jerk open about a foot just as it was about to close. Was kinda....startling.

Bath tjb would NOT hold water.

Don’t stay unless you have to. Maybe it was just my room. The tv didn’t work. The drain was stuck. The shower handle list its threads so it was hard to manage the water temperature. Just little things but they added up. Staff was only mildly interested. Oh, the breakfast was, well, unpleasant. Clearly, the ownership has other interests

Room was good- a bit of a gnat problem- and very sloppy painters!
