A good over night accommodation. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Plenty of eating places near by. A good place to stay if your touring Southern Maryland.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Parking was convenient, and the breakfast was a nice bonus with a good variety of options. Overall, the property was well maintained and made for a pleasant stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff were extremly friendly, the breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The amenities were minimal...no microwaves in teh room and no pool. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and would stay there again.

I know other guests stayed in the room before me but I don’t expect to see evidence of their stay. The cleaning staff needs to do better. That said, when I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they went above and beyond to make it right.

The room were not void of outside noise and dogs barking, opt out of the 4 floor if you want rest. The room was clean good water pressure with hot water and comfortable bed. We stayed 5 nights and the TV only worked 1 evening. There is adequate parking but I was disturbed by the signage stating they are not responsible for theft, if that were a problem why not protect patrons vehicles in your lot although we did not experience a problem. Breakfast was mediocre wth bacon crumbs and only 1 day had a sausage option. Staff was friendly especially Rachel who checked us in.

New facility pleasent and helpful staff. Safe area and easy access. Nice breakfast food choices - overall very nice stay.

The lighting in the room sucked. The bright glaring white light in the bathroom would automatically turn on when being used at night which would wake us both up. The bedside lights should be a warmer color and not so daytime bright white. The breakfast was okay but not great and so we ended up going out for breakfast the second morning.

Rooms were clean and comfortable and everyone was nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying here in the future while visiting in the area.

On a positive note, the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a budget hotel! Eggs with cheese, bacon sprinkles and potatoes, along with Oikos yogurt and fresh fruit. 10/10

We found this hotel much preferable to one we stayed in previously. This hotel was much cleaner and well-kept.

We enjoyed our stay. Will stay at AVID for our next getaway :)
