Our room was in excellent condition when we checked in, and the desk staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating. Even when we got into our room, out TV screen had a welcome message specifically addressed to me by name. While it is a little thing, it certain made me feel welcome. Breakfast was better than most - I got to eat something for we left for the day, and there was coffee and juice available. The A/C in our room was preset to a standard comfort level, but we were able to easily adjust it to be cooler at night while we slept in the VERY comfortable beds. All in all, I have to credit this hotel with being on of the best that my wife and I have ever stayed with. Since we visit family in California, Maryland often, we will definitely be using this property for our reservations in the future!

If you want to live out of your luggage, this is the place. No drawers for clothes and very little closet space.

The property and my room were very clean. The receptionist desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and will stay there again if I’m in the area.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. They offered a free bage breakfast, and coffee and tea is available all day.I was greeted warmly by the young lady at front desk and Shay was also wonderful. I had the King room suite, with seperate quarters for pull out couch/ living area. The area is 5 miles from Solomons island which was perfect.

We only got coffee and a muffin at breakfast, but it was fine. Easy access to the hotel from all major roads. My Granddaughter LOVED the pool and hottub. My wife loved having HBO. There were no towels in the pool area, but we went and got some from the room so it was OK.

My check in experience was nice and quick. I didn't get the gentlemens name but when I checked my room it was missing a chair near the reading floor lamp and this front desk gentlemen had one placed in the room in less then 10 minutes I was staying at this hotel for the pool and free breakfast and was disappointed in both. The only night that I could have enjoyed the pool, they closed it for a mission screw in the ladder, however there was another entrance into the pool. They handled this incorrectly. The ladder could have been taped off with a sign as my entire group were adults that only wanted to use the hot tub which we were told no because of this one missing screw from the pool ladder. As far as breakfast it left nothing to be desired. It totally missed the mark with this

Bathtub not emptying

Very nice staff. Not their fault there are rude and messy guests. Two main issues were the lack of noise suppression at the entry doors of the rooms and the lack of ventilation/air circulation in the elevators. Otherwise clean rooms and property grounds. Once again, they cannot control the behavior of other guests.
