The location of the property was great, very accessible to the downtown and close walk (2min) to the Calistoga Creamery. Most restaurants were about a 5-10 walk away. The fancier restaurants (and wineries in Napa) are about 15-25min drive with no traffic. It’s super kid friendly there and my child loved being the pool for hours at a time. The pools are really the only reason to stay here and it was warm and clean! I’m also allergic to chlorine so having mineral pools made it possible for me to also be in the water and spend more time with my child. Not too crowded when we went for a weekend in mid-July even though it was summertime. The queen room was spacious and comes with a kitchenette with small induction stove, pots/pans, cooking and eating utensils , plates/bowls, s&p, microwave, mini fridge, and drying rack, so very basic but convenient like a little airbnb It did not feel like a resort in the sense that all these amenities were provided on site. It felt more like a cheap motel with amazing pools. There was a gym and spa but I believe the staff said it was not affiliated with the resort but I’m not sure because we did not use it. There was also no restaurant or breakfast on site but we did get the $40 breakfast voucher for the Calistoga Brewery (5min walk away in downtown) which was good. They let you stack the vouchers (so a two night stay you can eat once and have $80 to use). The room had some broken outlets and plates coming off the wall and I know it wouldn’t be cost effective to change out the dish sponges after each person’s stay but it’s gross to use a used sponge in my opinion!

El aseo puede mejorar, había telarañas, los colchones son blandos y para mi gusto son muy poco cómodos por lo que salí una noche antes porque me dio dolor de espalda.

Everything . The bed was hard and broke down.

I used to go to this motel/hotel decades ago with various friends but it had been awhile. It's been refreshed a bit since then and I find it more comfortable than it used to be. It's still modest but the rooms are spacious and in good condition. Can be a bit noisy depending on whom you are near but I love the fact that there are multiple pools, a spa, and a fitness center. Family friendly. My husband said the bed was too soft for him.

I don't consider it a resort. It was nice, people were friendly but not what I call a resort. Not a resort,

Centrally located! NA

Location Staff, wifi no generator

Put some kind of wrapping on the handrails going into the pools. As an older person they were required, but almost too hot to use.

The location is great. You can walk almost anywhere. The pools were clean and we had a great time.

Great location, very friendly staff No food service
-
Guests reserve lounges and chairs for hours (without using them, just to block them for others)
-
Expensive and outdated.

It was a fine property, but everyone we spoke to at the pools said that the establishment was way over priced and we thought so as-well.

Location, pools

No wine glasses available in the room or in the hotel at all. This is odd considering the main purpose for visiting Napa is wine. Also, no kettles are available in the hotel anywhere in the hotel. Staff around pool seemed to be in their own world and oblivious to guests using the pools.

We liked the relaxing hot spring pools, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenient location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The room also had a small kitchenette with a stove, sink, refrigerator, and basic kitchen necessities. The only downside was that there is no restaurant on the property. Breakfast vouchers were provided, but we had to go to a restaurant across the street each morning, which was a little less convenient than having breakfast on site.

Great location. Clean. Price was too high.
