The springs

Location, spa pools, kitchenette in room, cleanliness, comfortable bed, friendly staff at reception. No wine glasses available in the room or in the hotel at all. This is odd considering the main purpose for visiting Napa is wine. Also, no kettles are available in the hotel anywhere in the hotel. Staff around pool seemed to be in their own world and oblivious to guests using the pools.

Weather, water environment

We liked the relaxing hot spring pools, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenient location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The room also had a small kitchenette with a stove, sink, refrigerator, and basic kitchen necessities. The only downside was that there is no restaurant on the property. Breakfast vouchers were provided, but we had to go to a restaurant across the street each morning, which was a little less convenient than having breakfast on site.

Great location. Clean. Price was too high.

As always an amazing place to stay. I wish they would offer late check out. Location, the beautiful pools.

The pools Nothing

We had the most marvelous weekend as a family we plan to be back at least once or 5 times a year Everything was marvelous

The pools were very nice at all temperatures. Pool was heavily chlorinated, more than I expected for springs. The resort should start requiring people to shower before entering pools, similar to what they do in Japan and high end spas. Bedsheet in the room had brown stains.

The grounds were pretty. The room nice size. Love the valuted ceilings...very clean. Definitely our favorite spot to stay I would of liked 2 complementary water bottles in room. Also would be nice if they had pool noodles to use.

Space was beautiful

Our room was clean and smelled nice. The pools were great. Very, very noisy. Not relaxing. There was a barbecue area right outside the window next to my bed and a family of 5 in the room next to us. I felt like I was at a campground- not a high end spa hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel before & wont hesitate to stay again. This was for my birthday celebration & I loved it. The room size was great with the kitchen facilities a good addition, it was all lovely & clean & so was the grounds. People reserving sun loungers for hours & going out on wine tours & trips out & not using them. There was no fresh jugs of drinking water left at the snack kiosk.

Pools. They're great.

I really enjoyed the property, it was very clean. I think the cleaning people could be a lot more quieter in the morning, especially if you have a downstairs unit.

Expensive, i would pay little more but I could stay more comfortable and fully featured hotel! They charge $50 for to see pool area!

Fantastic pools, 4 to choose from ranging from 80 - 104 degrees. Great Kitchenet.
