The staff were always very friendly and accommodating. The pastries and coffee that were delivered in the morning was great! The hotel is located in the center of town, and conveniently located to everything. There were 10 of us in our group and we loved the outdoor pool and sitting area.

The hotel was clean and the staff were wonderful. Overall, it just needs some updating. It’s very outdated and the rooms are doable. Would probably not stay here again. But we are thankful to the staff for their efforts.

No real amenities anymore. No restaurant. No bar outside. Grounds Alittle run down. Pool not real warm. Moving car a bit inconvenient.

Close to everything so you can walk to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, grocery, mud baths, wine tasting. Staff were helpful. Can borrow bike. Lighr breakfast they bring to your room. Enjoyed hot springs hot tub and pool. Let me hang out at the pool after check out which was very nice. Solo trip and felt safe. I can hear people walking in room above me.

Spacious rooms at a great location. We have stayed here before, so we knew what to expect for the most part. Some areas of the hotel appeared worn and dated. The carpets in the hallway were dirty. No elevator for your luggage. The power went out for 6 hours on our last night. This was citywide so not the fault of the hotel. However, the staff seemed indifferent and not helpful with suggestions. When the lights came back on in the town, they were still off at the hotel. Again, the staff was indifferent about this even though it was now dark, and there was no emergency lighting around the hotel. We had to use our cell phones for lighting.

The location is great. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice break from the heat. Manny at the front was very pleasant. Everyone was great! No parking. The hotel needs a little TLC.
