Nice hotel!

I was disappointed this several things. She shower was almost impossible to turn on. I discovered why after several attempts. It was leaking from the shower head. Instead of replacing it it was turned so much I couldn't get it turned on. Took about 10 minutes between my husband and I to get it turned on. Then it dripped all night. It definitely was not an 8.4 rating. Lighting was extremely poor. The sliding door handle was broken along with the screen. It served the purpose of just a place to sleep but won't stay there again.

Lovely stay. Convenient location, clean room and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

Also , didn’t appreciate that we were charged $12 a day to park there and no breakfast because we booked thru Expedia.

Limited staff. No daily room service. It enough towels for the number of guests. Had to ask for everything.

We arrived for a late check in. The front desk checked us in quickly and provided what we needed such as toothbrush and extra towels. The only issue was they no longer had our standard 2 queen room, so we were given an accessible room and the beds were small.

Overall, the room was clean, however, the shelf behind the television was dusty and the bathroom sink didn’t drain easily.

The elevator did not work and they said they breakfast and the forgot to mention that you have to pay for I have stayed in other hotels and they provided breakfast and they refused to change out the towels and bring more coffee to the room they air conditioning sucks the room so hot! It sucked I had to carry my luggage up the stairs and down when I left the shower clogged up after 5 minutes in the shower over all I would not stay at this hotel again miss represented it self as far as breakfast is concerned and I was very disappointed

Clean room. No elevators because there’s only 2 floors. :) quiet!

Then there was huge spider webs in the vanity area Gardeners started at 10:40 abd woke me up. It's not usually like this. I regret staying there this time.

Huge trash bags in the halls from cleaning staff, the duvet covers looked as if they'd been left in the dryer for weeks (very wrinkled). Felt very unsafe there!!! They charge 12.00 per day to park, this hotel is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking and empty shops, so I'm not sure why they charge to park. Not to mention the amount of GARBAGE in the using lot was disgusting. They was eaten corn on the cob, rubber gloves, tampons and lord knows what else, very gross!!! After looking at my room and wondering the halls to find the only elevator I promptly went to the front desk aid ask them to cancel my reservation, and went to a great hotel.

This hotel was old and dirty. Breakfast was completely over at 9 am. Not going back.

Very disappointing once I checked out the quoted price was higher than was given. The website does not state anything about charging for parking in an outside lot with no security! It was a vacant lot so why was I charged an additional amount to park?!? Someone need to get the information out about additional fees to be charged at checking out!
