The property was clean and seemed pretty new. It was located in a nice area with several restaurants and stores nearby. My family really enjoyed our stay.

First, They gave us a room with a dirty bed and smelled like cigarette. Then they moved us to other other which the bed was clean but the bathroom wasn’t clean well. Toilet lid and bathtub were dirty, the shower head was leaking, lonly one body towel. I was so tired that I didn’t say nothing to the receptionist because I had an extra towel with me. The hallway carpets were filthy. Definitely the hotel needs better maintenance and cleaning. I won’t recommend this place, location was convenient for my roadtrip

At check-in, I paid $261 for the room with one card and the $100 incidental deposit with another. Both transactions were approved. The next morning, I received a notification that the hotel tried to charge an additional $161 to the card I used for the deposit. At checkout, I was told I still owed $161 because the $261 paid at check-in was "only a hold" and they never actually collected the payment, even though my bank clearly showed it as pending. I was essentially expected to have $261 tied up on my account while paying another $261. I've stayed at dozens of hotels and have never experienced anything like this. The manager on duty was unhelpful and simply blamed my bank instead of offering an explanation or solution. When I said I had somewhere to be and asked him to print what he claimed I owed so I could contact my bank later, he seemed hesitant to let me leave until my husband came over to see what was taking so long. The confusing billing process, repeated attempts to charge my card, and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience. I won't be staying at another Holiday Inn.

Location, cleanliness of public areas, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable mattress. Breakfast had real oatmeal, not instant.. a real plus for me. 1. The parking area needs a few more handicapped spaces. We require this and at least half the time no handicapped spaces were available. 2. Housekeeping was disappointing. Two days our beds were not made. Bathroom sink wiped off, but I found hair in the sink. Not enough towels in handicap room. Water from shower got on floor, but there were not enough towels for us and to soak up water. One day I asked for more and was given additional towels.
