I’ve been traveling regularly for more than 25 years, and I honestly cannot remember another hotel where I repeatedly requested such a basic service and was simply ignored. It wasn’t just the lack of housekeeping that was disappointing—it was the fact that I asked multiple times and no one followed through. It was actually their ask, would you like it daily? Very disappointing experience and definitely not the level of service I expect from a hotel.

Convenience of the location, very nice rooms. Cost

Rooms are nice and the location is really good with entertainment right next door as well as a Fred Meyer within walking distance. Property is nice and clean, only concern is the pool and hot tub weren't the cleanest.

The room was spacious and well appointed. Everything seemed clean and in good condition. Security was excellent.

Nice facility They had a bunch of sports teams staying there and they said quiet time was 10, all the rooms next to us didn’t stop laughing and screaming until well past midnight

Location Short on staff. No continental breakfast, no daily fresh coffee. Just cookies.

At breakfast on the second days, as you order breakfast, the eggs were all scrambled. And a visit to the Hot tub revealed the temperature was to high to sit in for any amount of time. Not our expectation of a Premier Hotel.

Nice place, clean. One broken elevator, other one was super slow. Ran out of hot water in the shower, never had that happen at a hotel before.

we didn't have breakfast The floor was sticky with spots of something that had spilled and not been cleaned up. The light over the sink flickers for a long time. There were only 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. After calling the desk, someone came to clean & bring more towels.
