Best Western Premier Hotel at Fisher's Landing

Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was until 10 but at 9:30ish there was really no hot breakfast at all

We stayed for one night here. I wish we had more because the property is newer and excellent. Great location.

The room was clean & quiet, with a beautiful view of the sunset. Each staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional. I enjoyed my stay.

Overall my stay was great, I know other personnel may have been a little frustrated to have to wait while their room was being cleaned, but I had no issues as I saw the cleaners hard at work doing a great job.

Everyone was really nice but we had to ask for more of everything because the rooms were not serviced.

The hot tub was broken and the pool was green. When asking for a cookie for each one of us (3) at check in, she said, it’s first come first serve and a bunch of kids just came through…sorry. Overall I’ve had better experiences with cheaper hotels.

It was a very nice and clean hotel. The bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great. We would stay again if we are ever back in Vancouver.

Luckily, I wasn’t in my room all day, but the shower did not drain whatsoever had water up to my ankles, the AC did not work, and the pillow sheet smelled as if they had not been washed from the previous stay.. overall the hotel was in good shape.. but those couple things I mentioned really bothering me, I was already invested in my stay and the hotel was packed so getting another room was probably unlikely.

No free breakfast is a huge miss compared to the Best Western Plus I recently stayed at. I had a hard time connecting to wifi and the staff wasnt super helpful with it. It eventually kicked in tho but it was annoying to have to figure it out. Housekeeping every 3 days is what they do unless you ask for more frequent. Not terrible but if you want more frequent, thats somewhat annoying.

The room was clean and had good water pressure in the shower. They only clean the room every three days which is a lazy Covid era rule. Many hotels are going back to daily service which adds a little something extra to the stay.

2nd day ,they didn't clean room. Employees said she can do anything because cleaner leave already...no change room! No clean garbage no new sheets....terrible... $ 14 junk breakfast. Don't go this heli motel.

No free breakfast, for the price breakfast could be included.
