Best Western Premier Hotel at Fisher's Landing

Great hotel location

Everything was really good, breakfast was good but no options for seniors who don't eat as much. For example, an offer of one egg with sides or eggs with all sides added. I had to leave most of the potatoes and bacon.

Unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience at this hotel. We were given an occupied room at 10:30 PM. I flung the door open with my two children in tow. This put us in a very uncomfortable and potentially dangerous situation. I approached the lady at the front desk about it and it felt like she was shifting blame on the “system” rather than giving us the wrong room. To make things right she gave us a different room and “free breakfast”. The room we were given only had one set of clean towels. So then at 11pm at night we had to wait for towels and toiletries to be brought up. The breakfast the next day was managed by one staff member running frantically around. It took so long to get our food and it was lukewarm at best. The quality of food we received is that of a free breakfast buffet and not of a “premier” breakfast. I appreciate the effort to make things right but unfortunately they missed the bar on the severity of the situation.

The rooms were nice, the hotel itself was clean and the location was good for our trip. The front desk staff couldn’t answer simple questions. The elevators seemed like they needed to be inspected.

Beds were soft. Hallways were clean. You can hear EVERYTHING going on outside and around your room. There was some kind of sports thing going on during my stay and the hotel was full of kids. They spent a lot of time running up and down the halls and roughhousing in the rooms around me. Not much sleep on this trip.

Location and amenities Little League baseball took over the entire hotel. Kids everywhere!! More like a daycare/ amusement park than a vacation hotel stay. Bad timing

The hotel pool and hot tub left a lot to be desired. The pool bottom was a little slippery and didn't look very nice. The hot tub jets didn't work. This hotel was in a convenient location with many restaurants along with a grocery store and gas station.

I felt like breakfast should have been included with the room rate you were charging. First time in several years that I stayed at a motel where breakfast was not included.

The property is conveniently located next to multiple stores and restaurants and not far from the airport or downtown Portland. Great place to stay if you’re trying to do things around the Washington-Oregon border. The hotel has very friendly staff that are always willing to help and a solid amenity selection too. There was no issue with the property. Everything was up to standard.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Room was larger than expected, quality furnishings and bathroom and clean. Security robot patrolling the premises seemed to keep the parking lot safe :-D.

Nice room. Pillows were a little thick.

Only stayed the day/night before an early flight and the room and property were super clean and away from Portland which is what we preferred.

Today's breakfast service was great but the eggs, bacon and potatoes were nothing but microwave continental quality crap to be honest. food and snack options. Juice, fruit, yogurt, and cereal should've been available instead of being inconvenient or an additional fee.
