Great location. Room size and fireplace in room was great. Plenty of parking. Partial view of ocean was lovely. Unless you stood, it was impossible to look at the view out the windows. It would be nice to have higher chairs so that you could sit and enjoy the view. The thing that was quite unlikable was that the front desk was staffed only until 6 PM. During the day, there was often nobody at the front desk, even during open hours, and when we tried to check out and ask a question, after waiting 15 minutes for somebody to come, we just left the key in a note. Not a big deal, but the breakfast selection, while tasty, was minimal and uninteresting. Would we stay again? If no other choice, yes, but we’d seek something with better staffing and, if breakfast is advertised, a better selection & seating area.

Cozy with great ocean view It was such a shame that many cars were parked right in front of our room which totally ruined our ocean view, which we paid so much for. Also, for the amount we paid for the room, we expected much better food….

This place is great. Love the location. We had a beautiful room facing the beach. Just across the road from the beach walk. It's quiet and the staff was great. Highly recommend the place.

We had a room without air conditioning which I didn't even think was possible. So we did not sleep well because of this. Confirm your room type ahead of time. Excellent location. The hot tubs were clean and appreciated. Morning snacks and coffee are a plus as well. The printed instructions given by staff at check-in stated to call '0' after hours. We attempted half a dozen times at various times in the evening with no answer.

With the facility not having central air, new fans would be appreciated. My friend and I visited 10 years ago on August. This was a fun trip down memory lane.

We upgraded to superior ocean view room and it was so worth it. Sitting on the balcony watching the ocean waves was so relaxing There was no one at the desk. Had to walk down to sister hotel, Fog Catcher, to check in and check out

Also the room I was in was located right next to the a restaurant so I was woken up early when the trucks were making deliveries.

Super satisfied! Especially kids friendly, there are some puzzles and wood blocks, those made kids full of fun.

We stayed in the family suite and had our own private patio. The location was great, directly across the street from the boardwalk. Parking at the hotel was easy.

Very expensive older room. Bathroom not painted well (old), no hot water, pillows fat & hard, screen door has hole in it. No real breakfast
-
Great location. Nice room, big bed and bathroom. Breakfast is very limited with nowhere to sit.
