Quality Inn Cambridge

Room had awful smell. Turned out it was due to the black mold covering the walls in the bathroom. We didn't stay and manager said he issued a refund but had to go through hotels.com to get it. Still have yet to get our refund. Just a bad experience all around to deal with after a 7hr drive.

The staff behind the desk at check in and check out were outstanding. So helpful and considerate and nice. Not just with us but with ALL guests. The property is very old and dated. Renovation markings and holes in wall, ripped wallpaper, old.

I appreciate the helpfulness of the staff to find an operational remote control. The grounds were clean and I enjoyed being able to walk around for exercise.

For the price the stay there was adequate for one night. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The bathtub was dirty. However the girl that checked us in was very helpful, very friendly.

Up on hill looking down on city We found bed bugs in our bed, pillows had no pillowcases and stained yellow, tv didnt. Work properly. The outside walkways upstairs are poor condition and floor creaks and you can hear wood breaking as you walk and we are not heavy built

They have been working on the place since we started booking there a few years back and they have done a wonderful job.

Breakfast was ok and room AC worked fine.

The front desk was very helpful. They allow pets. This place needs major repairs.. Tub didn't drain properly, baseboards rotting, tiles cracked, carpet needs cleaned...

The room was out dated and had stains everywhere and had a weird smell. The floor was nasty. My clean feet turned black after a couple steps in the room. The bathroom is extremely small. The bed wasn’t comfortable.

Was a motel not hotel, was really old and out dated.

Upon checking in we were greeted by a true gentleman who was polite and efficient. Our room was clean as was the bathroom. It was nice to have a hot shower after traveling. We enjoyed a breakfast of waffles, biscuits, gravy, OJ, and hot coffee. The property is older but kept up nicely. The price was reasonable. We enjoyed our stay.

We booked a room because our power was at our house. Unfortunately we couldn't shower at the hotel because the water was cold. Reported this to staff and maintenance but nothing was done.

The mattress was firm and comfortable. No deficiencies of note.
