Best Western Canal Winchester Inn - Columbus South East

Man at front desk was very rude! No elevator to second floor, so we couldn't stay there due to disabilities, since they only had a second floor available. The manager was very nice the next day on the phone and refunded our money. She said she was having lots of complaints about man at the front desk.

The staff was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was very good. I didn't have any complaints.

No pool. Back door slamming all night. Ran down. Needs updated Pool looked like it was under maintenance for years. Everything was old and ran down

None Refund of the last unused day promised is still pending

Pool not available. No elevator. Bathtub tap leaked. Employees were helpful.

Clean room, great overnight stop

When factoring in price, it would be hard to top the value we got from our stay. The room was clean and everything worked, and the breakfast had everything that you would hope for in a hotel.

The pool was closed and it was not mentioned upon check in or on the website when purchasing the stay. The entire reason we chose this hotel was the convenience and the factor that it had an indoor pool

"No elevator" was a problem

The worst part was the clientele. There were workers and semi drivers staying there. They were fine. The rest though looked like they were crack or meth heads. Very sketchy place. Do not stay here.
