The location and access to the beach were excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was no onsite restaurant, but there were a couple within walking distance and downtown Cannon Beach was only a short drive away.

Great cleaning crew who made sure we had enough clean towels in the room. Comfortable bed in the bedroom but the Murphy bed had a soft mattress but not a problem for the little ones. Beautiful views of Haystack Rock and the ocean with a nice space in the balcony to enjoy the scenery. Kitchen was an added bonus. Room was pretty spacious. The littles ones enjoyed the indoor pool. Would definitely be back.

This property is in great location with private beach access with great view of Haystack Rock. Had restaurant (Mo’s) next door. They let you check in early if room available which is a great plus. Clean property.

Loved the location!

We did love that there was fresh coffee in the lobby. Our check-in went super smooth. Everyone we interacted with at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The lobby is such a vibe. I especially enjoyed the young lady with the dark hair who talked to me about the elk and gave us restaurant suggestions. Loved this location. We hope and pray to be back!

Nice view of the beach

The property was nice and had onsite laundry for a fee. There is one restaurant connected to the hotel. The rooms had been updated recently. The bathroom was small and not well ventilated. I wish they didn’t have carpet, but instead laminate flooring. We used a fan in the window to cool down the hot room. The walk along the beach to Haystack Rock is ~2.5 miles round trip. There are bunnies around the property!

Wonderful property right on the beach! So many thoughtful amenities available for use, if desired. Grills, ice machine, indoor pool, parking, coffee in lobby. The staff is great and helpful if you need anything and the bunny rabbits roaming the property are adorable! So many restaurants/grocery store within short walking distance (1 block). We come back year after year.

The beach adjacent to this property is great and it’s right near the main drag with restaurants and shops, about a 15 minute walk. The rooms were a little dated but nicely maintained. Being right on the beach and people tracking in sand we felt like the carpet was a little dirty although it looked fine. We couldn’t find an outdoor shower for rinsing your feet and shoes after being on the beach but was told there was one. There was no AC so we had to leave the window open all night and was fine once it got dark and cooled down. Overall it was a good value and we would stay there again.

Very nice place to stay, right by the beach!! Loved the domestic rabbits roaming freely on the grounds. Loved the fact that we could walk right to Cannon Beach. Room was clean and basic, but had everything that we needed. Our only complaint was that if you arrived late there was no parking available and you had to find a place elsewhere to park. We learned to park early and eat at a place close by. There was a nice indoor pool and spa and coffee in the lobby every morning. Nice place to stay and great location to the beach.

Tried to get early check in around 1:30 and no rooms available. Gal took our number and said she would call first available. Wait tell 3:15 and asked again still no rooms. Waiting tell 4:30 way after normal check in and parking lot was full and gal was gone and nobody had any clue we had be waiting since 1:30. Really poor service and I’m not happy

A magical stay. Even though Cannon Beach in general is pricey, this is the most affordable but still very magical and "core memorable" stay. I would book with Tovovana Inn again. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming, the facilities are pretty and very clean. The walls are a little thin. We heard a mixture of family with happy children sometimes although at 3 am the couple next door, celebrating their 35 year anniversary I assume, got a little too loud....but that was not the hotel's fault. I still give the hotel 10 out of 10 stars. We loved that Mo's was nearby for seafood dining and we loved the view of Haystack rock area. We were lucky that we accidentally booked on a Full Moon Night and a Lunar Eclipse night right after. I hear starry nights with no moon are just as beautiful. Oh and the bunnies...made it seem like heaven on earth.

The location is amazing. The rooms are small otherwise everything was great.

Property was perfectly maintained and beach access was amazing. Staff was courteous and friendly. Will definitely return and would recommend!!
