Location, location, location.

The location and views from our room were amazing. The room was less than desirable and I will never return. In fact, days after checking out, I am still appalled and completely repulsed by what we discovered. We had 3 of us in the suite we booked that came with a queen bed in one room and a pull out sofa in the family room. There were stains all over the carpet in the bedroom and the floor throughout the suite was filthy dirty. It looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. We stayed in a pet friendly room and after wiping the floor after our dog drank, the paper towel was BLACK from the existing dirt. So were our socks. We played cards that night, and the kitchen table felt very grimy as well as the countertops. When we pulled the sofa bed out to make the bed, there was a mattress cover on the bed. I paused, wondering if it was clean, but placed the fitted sheet over the mattress cover and we went to bed. In the morning, when I was stripping the bed for housekeeping, I removed the mattress cover and that’s when I discovered several large blood stains on the mattress. It was absolutely disgusting. The fact we slept on someone’s menstrual cycle blood literally made me want to vomit. When we complained at the front desk, the gal replied, “well, wasn’t there a mattress cover on it,” as if they knew it was there and it was completely okay. Unreal on so many levels. We checked out immediately, and will never return. I CANNOT recommend this place to anyone.

The room was reasonably priced. It was not overlooking the ocean, but it was so beautifully decorated and had a wonderful stay!

The property was fabulous. The room was good although a bit small. The lounge in the lobby seemed to always be out of something at the coffee station. It didn’t feel welcoming.

Beautiful property, so close to the beach and to Haystack Rock. Grounds are very well maintained. We were grateful it had a gym and a BBQ we could use. The only complaint is the pet friendly room I was in, carpet was very stained. Thankfully it wasn’t my dog who did it and I’m grateful they allow dogs but a wood/vinyl floor would be nice.

I'm surprised at how well reviewed this hotel is. There was some noticable damage on the ceiling in the room I had, and footsteps above were very audible. The murphy bed was not $300 a night comfortable, and there was not a convenient bedside light or place to plug things in. It does have a gorgeous view, is steps to the beach, and was clean, and I enjoyed the sauna, but for the price I would have expected something closer to luxury.

Had 1 issue at check in but the staff were so helpful and we ended up with a balcony suite facing the water. I would definitely come back here and book a suite with a balcony just for the view!!!

Fabulous location. Clean room with everything we needed. Front desk seemed just a bit short staffed for their busy season. Also almost impossible to reach over the phone. Their VM box is full as well.

The view was gorgeous, the room was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for my family with teens. Kids loved the pool. The shower drains in the room were a little slow, probably from people showering off sand over the years. We loved this place overall and will probably be back!

The location is amazing! It’s right on the beach with a restaurant nearby (Mo’s) with beach views. Not sure if all the rooms are carpeted but not a fan of the carpet throughout.

Great hotel would stay here again

Wonderful stay! Only thing that made it hard to sleep was no AC- even with the door open and the fan on, it was hot! But it wouldn’t deter me from staying again. Beautiful views!
