Did not stay!!!! they want a security deposit of 100 dollars in CASH!!!

Nice people but ill never stay there again. Place is falling apart. I didnt feel to safe with holes on the door and very dirty. Mold, ect.

There was no closet and no iron or ironing board in my single bed room.

The front desk lady had horrible customer service. The room was nonsmoking but smelled like smoke and dirty. There were rat droppings on the ice machine that you have to pay for. Ridiculous!! The housekeepers were nice but the front desk lady the rudest Ill never come back here rather pay 20 more and go to a decent hotel where front desk makes you feel welcomed.

Cash deposit required 100 dollars had to go at night to a nearby 7 eleven to get 100 dollars from ATM. Inconvenient

I liked nothing, and I don't like leaving a bad review for anyone, but this was unacceptable on all levels. $100 cash deposit needed if booked online, $20 cash deposit if you just walk in and get a room. Rooms are smelly, dirty, loud, super uncomfortable, linens, are the same, smelly, and dirty. Staff had zero personality, and could care less when I suggested that they notify people of their surprise cash deposit. Never again!!!!! You have to pay for Ice. Unacceptable. Dont go there. Room is quiet. Got ice from nearby restaurant. Will never go there ever again.

The floor was un even it's squeaked like it was plywood flooring, the bed was hard

They want cash for security deposit, no credit card. The room kept an old tissue roll at the bathroom for new users. Not good . A lot of small creeping cockroaches in bathroom and bedroom

The lady at front was very aggressive with guests and payments. I am so interest about paying for a room where we can’t have someone stop by for pick up or drop off. I mean we pay for the space. Maybe there normal cliental like posting up with unregistered guests: that kind of shows what the establishment is about. The fact that it smelt like Clorox in the building when I walked in. The bathrooms were also very clean!

Rooms were good. I would prefer not to leave a cash deposit.
