Starlight Inn Canoga Park

Was given a hard time checking in, upon arriving into my room I found countless stains, holes everywhere, hair on the bed, grafitti all over the room, what looked like growing mold on the floor, just absolutely decrepit state of a room. I refused to sit anywhere and even just standing in the room felt terrible. I requested a refund for the state of the room and was denied. Im never coming back.

there were unexpected cash deposits. the room was not clean. They refused a refund when I stated I was unaware of cash deposits. I left and payed for another room . service and lack of cleanliness

I loved the ceiling lights - and the tv had good stuff on it. The tub would only work as a shower not as a tub.

They charged me an extra daily fee for a non-smoking room. Parking is good.

Nothing. I was trying to book a room for my brother via booking. It said confirmation. When my brother got there they would not give him t Room.

There was no closet and no iron or ironing board in my single bed room.

The front desk lady had horrible customer service. The room was nonsmoking but smelled like smoke and dirty. There were rat droppings on the ice machine that you have to pay for. Ridiculous!! The housekeepers were nice but the front desk lady the rudest Ill never come back here rather pay 20 more and go to a decent hotel where front desk makes you feel welcomed.

I liked nothing, and I don't like leaving a bad review for anyone, but this was unacceptable on all levels. $100 cash deposit needed if booked online, $20 cash deposit if you just walk in and get a room. Rooms are smelly, dirty, loud, super uncomfortable, linens, are the same, smelly, and dirty. Staff had zero personality, and could care less when I suggested that they notify people of their surprise cash deposit. Never again!!!!! You have to pay for Ice. Unacceptable. Dont go there. Room is quiet. Got ice from nearby restaurant. Will never go there ever again.

The floor was un even it's squeaked like it was plywood flooring, the bed was hard

They want cash for security deposit, no credit card. The room kept an old tissue roll at the bathroom for new users. Not good . A lot of small creeping cockroaches in bathroom and bedroom
