The staff was remarkable, so very helpful and kind. Kind not only to me but to everyone I saw them interact with. Wonderful folks all of them. I arrived late and checked in via the stand alone kisok, with the check in person at another location......I do not like this at all, the agent was kind and professional but understanding her was very difficult and the actual live front desk employee had to assist me in understanding what the remote agent was asking. I do not like the remote agent checkin. I did not feel like my questions were able to be answered due to the communication barrier caused by the agent being remote and due to the agents country of origin, her English was difficult to understand. Also she could not answer questions about local food and fuel options.

Upon checking in they couldn't find my reservation and looked at me like I was crazy when I showed them my booking. Theh finally found it but still had an unfriendly tone about it. Everything else on the property was fine. The room was set up for accessibility as we asked for, but I would suggest that the handle bar in the bathroom isn't moved to the wall in front of the restroom instead of to the side. My grandmother had a very hard time trying to use it with the way it is. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was higher quality, more abundant, and the dining room was cleaner than most Marriotts and hiltons I’ve stayed at. Rooms were clean and perfectly unremarkable. Staff was helpful! Perfect stay!

Phone at room was not working , when asked for help, front desk stated:” why didn’t you call at the time it happened “ I got attitude and I stated : “ I’m telling I didn’t have power on the phone “ and she didn’t apologize instead went to check my room with my permission and confirmed it wasn’t working. Management needs to give customer service reminders to their staff.
