The breakfast is very good and the pool is heated. This is the third time we have stayed here . It was a busy holiday weekend but the room didn’t seem as clean and usual. The pool was foggy and didn’t visibly seem as clean as usual. After playing in the pool, my son woke up with a swollen eye. It appeared to be an allergic reaction to something . We initially noticed the itching while he was in the pool. We also slipped and feel beside the pool. It is so slippery and dangerous around the pool l. There are no caution signs. We already reported these things to management. They didn’t offer anything to make our experience more pleasant.

Nice hotel. Convenient location. Expensive parking (valet only) but run well. Front desk staff can be a hit or miss.

Love the breakfast

I booked it online. Check-in process was super easy. The unit was so nice and clean. The kitchen was equipped with all essentials (plates, mugs, forks and spoons) plus so much more. Would definitely book again. Very friendly staff and also the breakfast buffet was just fine.

Great hotel and wonderful patio and bar atmosphere. Always prefer to stay at Home2's. Breakfast was delicious and staff was helpful and accommodating.

Great place to stay with good breakfast options and helpful valet. Rooms are huge and great for families. This was a great location for our trip and right off the freeway. Bed was a little firm for me. Bathroom vanity could be larger since the room is large for a group. Loved that they didn’t use the new Google cast for streaming cuz it never works!! Huge TV!!

This was the worst hotel stay that we’ve ever had. There were three attempts to charge my card on file, even though I reserved this booking under the selection “pay at the property.” Thankfully I have spending limits set on my credit card, otherwise, I may not have noticed. My husband had to call the hotel directly to inquire about the attempts. Even after the phone call when they confirmed that we are supposed to pay at the hotel, they still continued to attempt to charge me. Additionally the staff and guests were all unfriendly. It seemed like everyone was in a bad mood. A front desk staff yelled at my daughter about taking things without paying, when she was simply showing my husband that there were halls at the hotel because he had a scratchy throat. My husband was directly behind our daughter, and I guess the staff member didn’t see him? Either way, that is not an appropriate way to speak to children. My daughter was extremely upset. Once the staff member saw my husband, she apologized to him. Secondly, an older woman yelled at another one of my children simply for trying to get on the elevator before her. I had to let her know that her tone and approach was not okay, and she apologized. Lastly, there were no luggage carts available. I was told they were all “reserved” and we had to make several trips with two girls to load everything into the car. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve had, and I do not recommend anyone staying here.

The staff was extremely helpful and the property is very well maintained. We were impressed with the huge size of the room. The kitchenette had everything you would need.

Conveniently located next to my office as well as the mall and plenty of places to eat. This hotel offers valet only with no option to South Park. I felt bad whenever I wanted to leave that valet had to keep fetching my car.

The hotel is pet friendly, so we did occasionally notice a slight dog smell in our room, but it wasn’t a major issue. My only real frustration was the valet situation. The valet area gets very busy, and valet is the only parking option unless you want to try street parking. If they offered self-parking, I think this would be an excellent hotel overall.

Everything was nice, however the bathroom in our room had a weird door and would not close all the way, so privacy in that little area was very limited.

The entire staff was professional, friendly, and made check-in very easy. My room was spotless and met high standards of cleanliness. The free breakfast had a great selection and was a wonderful start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again

Comfy beds and pillows. Clean. Staff is helpful.

They don’t tell me before I pay $191 after that they charge me extra money be careful
