What bothered me the most was the complete lack of communication. Had I been informed before arriving, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, after driving over three hours with a baby, I arrived to find there were no other options available because the hotel had overbooked. My family ended up uncomfortable for the two nights. It felt like the hotel prioritized accommodating returning guests over honoring my confirmed reservation as a new guest. While I understand that overbooking can happen, failing to communicate such a significant change is unacceptable. I expected much better customer service and consideration for my family. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I would think twice before staying here again.

We enjoyed and had a relaxed stay st the hotel. Staff were very gracious, helpful and offer great customer service. The breakfast offered to guests were delicious.

First time staying at a hotel that had valet only. Definitely more convenient than I expected

Breakfast was great. The only thing we didn’t like was there was no pool area, just an indoor pool. Location was not bad just a tall building on the corner, would of liked an outdoor area.

We did dine in one night and it was pretty good, options were plenty and bar seemed good. The evening bar set up, with the sliding doors opened to outdoors was nice. The staff was VERY nice and that is what made our stay more enjoyable. We would go back if we travelled with our pet again.

The worst thing was the breakfast. How do you mess up eggs? Bowls and spoons and plates were running out and they ran out of milk. The parking was frustrating—it was valet only and no street parking at night. I don’t think we would stay there again.

Great hotel. Parking is a nightmare if you want to avoid the $30 nightly and find street parking.

Not the most accommodating front desk, our check in was rather stressful compared to other Hilton’s we stay with. Also the forced valet was a bit much as well. $30 a night for them to take our car and park it in the same parking lot we are standing in. Overall, we would look somewhere else if staying in the neighborhood again.

Was not told there is no self park and it was $31 per night. Manager and Valet were very rude.
