The couches at the Lobby are very dirty The room I was given smelled like sewer and they had to changed rooms I wasn’t impressed.

Its an oudated property, both rooms and the pool area. Rooms were dirty, beat up, rusty bathroom and more! Very disappointed!

The hotel was OK, not great. We upgraded our room to have the concierge club lounge, which we normally do. The variety of the food was not that great. The cappuccino machine was broken and they did not offer anything to compensate for that. And this is the first club lounge I’ve been to that did not offer a two hr cocktail hour

Friendly & professional staff, clean and updated property with updated rooms. Comfortable bedding & space in the king room and in-room dining service is available. We ordered a few menu items to the room and the food was great.

It’s very nice and clean room what I have from this hotel. The front desk staff is very helpful. He got my super nice room. Definitely will be back. It’s worth.

I always bring my family to stay this hotel. Because we know we have a clean room and eventing is working properly in the room. it's so convenient to close 405 /101, 118 freeway, plus all the nice restaurants around the corner. The hotel staff is very helpful; if you need anything. of course I will keep coming back to book in this hotel.

This hotel is fine. The staff is great. The location is ok. But the hotel is dated. The beds are hard. And it’s loud. Road noise and hallway noise. The fitness center is pretty small for how busy it is and since it’s in the indoor pool area the equipment is getting wrecked from the humidity. The restaurant is good, but very expensive and there are limited nearby options. Parking is also super expensive for a huge mostly empty garage.
