Holiday Inn Express & Suites Woodland Hills by IHG

This hotel is convenient for Woodland Hills. It is right on Ventura Blvd, but it is a bit difficult to see from the road. My room was clean and comfortable. The full breakfast was good with many items. I would stay here again.

Rooms were ok, walls are thin & you can hear everything happening. Hallways were dirty, same with stairs. Sheets were clean.

Very serviceable staff, lobby was clean, great free breakfast, easy and accessible parking. The not so great, upon registration my room had smoke smell, where staff easily assigned a new room which was cleaned and spotless; future improvements are in the bathroom, which didn’t had electrical receptacle (only outside) where wife had difficulties using plugin beauty accessories.

Everything was perfect.

The room is clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Good amount of parking spots available.

At the breakfast buffet there were no plates available. We asked the buffet attendant and she left to bring more plates but it took her about 15mins minutes to return with the additional plates. So I ended up using the cereal bowl for my food which was very inconvenient . Then she didn’t put them on the buffet table. She put the plates on her table in the kitchen and we had to asked her if we need one. She looked at us and acted like we will steal the plates. I didn’t like the way she treated us. They should also,had a sign posted that every time people get food they should use a new plate. We saw a lot of people they used the same plate when getting their food. It is unsanitary to reused the same plate. They didn’t let us checked in early and we had to wait 2 hours. It is so inconvenient for us because we traveled far.

I like the service and when I come to Los Angeles I love ❤️ my stay

Rooms smelled like a wet towel that had been sitting for days. Hallway smelled nasty, overall didn’t feel or look clean. Woke up with a bug bite on my neck

I always stay at Holiday Inn Express. I like there Hotels and staff. On my recent trip the room i was assigned was not cleaned.It look like someone ate their lunch and took a nap. I called the front desk and let them know and they immediately switched my room. The second room was great, very neat and clean as always. I like Holiday Inn

The property is usually clean and the staffs were all friendly . The location is convenient near shopping mall and restaurants

It was in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and safe as well. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I truly recommend this place if you need to stop and rest from a long drive family trip!

Clean room love the white sheets and pillows super soft I felt like I was in the own bed,staff breakfast and parking was a plus. Keep up the good work.

The breakfast was a let down. They did not stock up when food were running low. I could not believe that they had bagel but no cream cheese. It is a surprise that this property has such high rating in Expedia.
