The front desk at night was an unfriendly male but the gal in the morning was excellent. We left early to grab breakfast and returned to a clean room even though we had not checked out. On one hand, this was nice but on the other hand, we felt like we needed to leave to avoid messing up the room. Thankfully, we were able to hang out in our other family members rooms until we all left around check out time. Our other family members said housekeeping knocked them n their rooms around 9 to clean rooms and after a late night out, they were hoping to rest for longer. Lesson learned was to put out do not disturb signs the night before.

Location and price The room was clean except a wastebasket had not been emptied from the previous guest.

Location I was given a room that had not been cleaned from the previous guest. I had to wait for front desk to get me another room and I was late for a planned event. By the way, I passed a room with an open door and saw the cleaning lady sitting on the edge of the bed watching TV.

Location was good I booked a group. One guest ended up with flea bites all over her legs - the room was infested with fleas or bed bugs. Two of the group had issues checking in because the staff couldn't remember which rooms they had already given out. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and woke everyone up. The receptionist called one of my guests "just to chat" at midnight and woke her up. Definitely do not book this hotel unless you want multiple headaches.

Didn't sleep the AC was making a loud noise.

It was close to amenities Bathroom was old

Nothing It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but the smell made it clear that people had smoked there before us; the neighbors were constantly smoking marijuana, the room was dirty, and everything—furniture, bedding, and towels—was old and worn out. It was a total dump; you're better off paying a little extra and staying somewhere else. I don't know where the positive reviews came from.

The room served our purposes well. We were visiting family and only needed a place to sleep and it was a perfect location for us. It was quiet, the bed was very good, there were blackout curtains, the sheets and towels were clean, the AC worked well and the bathroom was good. The coffee in the morning was fine and there was plenty of parking. Two blocks from Whole Foods Market was a plus. I’m rating my stay according to the type of property it is. It’s not new or fancy and not aesthetically pleasing. If you want a beautiful place, this isn’t it. However, if you’re looking for a clean, centrally-located, well-maintained, safe place to sleep for a few nights without breaking the bank, I would recommend it.

The room was ok No coffee early 630 Parking terrible because the turn was bad when oversized car or trucks park in the wrong spots.
