Very good

My husband and I have stayed here many times over. We love the location, especially since we can walk next door to Cracker Barrel. I do think it’s time for some upgrades to take place; tub surround needs to replaced or at least remove old caulking and install new, toilet squeals every time you flush, & all carpet throughout the hotel should be replaced with LVP…no one likes carpet! Breakfast is good with eggs, bacon, biscuits with gravy. Great Coffee!

Beautiful scenery around, nice pool, clean property

The front desk receptionist was very sweet and personable. Breakfast was really delicious with a lot of variety. Some repairs need to be done and my tv was really dark.

Ive stayed at this hotel for three weeks on business trip. The staff is very friendly, and very helpful with my only complaint. The room keys don't work well at all, I constantly had to go to the front desk to get new keys. One night I went outside for a cigarette and the key wouldn't let me back in the sneither the side entrance nor my room. That night i went to the desk only to find a sign saying"be back in a few, if you need help cal #####, the problem would estimate that over the 14 nighrs I stayed I had to get over 20 replacement keys. Its incredibly irritating to get off work and then have to wait in line at the frint desk just to get a key. I asked if I was the only guest with this issue and was told I wasn't alone.

I was charged a $50.00 deposit on my credit card on top of the booking price quoted. The desk clerk said that is a typical charge. I have NEVER been charged this fee. She stated that once checked out and the room was inspected with no problems, the $50 fee would be removed. PLEASE CONFIRM THIS. THANK YOU The bed was also as hard as a rock. Please email me confirmation of the above supposed deposit fee/refund.

There was mold in the shower…it was horrible. The smell was terrible as well.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They were very helpful giving us directions to our destinations. Breakfast was hot & good every morning we stayed there. Nice indoor swimming pool. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean & roomy. Air conditioner didn’t work too well. Kept the room cool enough but it seemed to make the room damp. Ice machine on 3rd floor was broken. Had to go down to 1st floor for ice

The room was clean as the staff member who checked me in was super nice and helpful. The rooms could use some maintenance and updating but for one night, it was fine

For the price it is worth it. The location was great. Only complaints were the smell had the musky scent, bathroom was obvious to its patchwork repairs. Tub and ceiling was spray painted. Noise from other guest past 10 pm. Kids running, playing and slamming doors, loud music.
