Location being remodeled but it wasn’t clear on website. Staff was very pleasant and friendly.

One of the reasons for us booking this particular hotel was the inside pool & they were doing some work on it or something so we didn't get to enjoy it.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed Room floor this time specific main traffic areas popped and creaked in room and walking into bathroom.

The hotel was undergoing renovations on the first floor while we were there, so perhaps they are already addressing some of the patches and deferred maintenance throughout the hotel. But the wireless was unusable the entire stay. When asking about it, they told me to call their wireless hotline, which was an IT troubleshooting number. No thank you. I don't work here.

It was comfortable and clean! As well as safe Everything was phenomenal

The hotel is under construction and we were not notified prior to or during check in. We only found out when we had no water in our room. The water was on & off several times during our stay. When we returned late one night, the toilet wouldn’t flush when I called the front desk, I was told I could come down to grab a plunger. Turns out the hot water was turned back on but not the cold. The parking lot is small, construction trucks, equipment & materials take up many spots. When returning late one night around 11pm there was no parking, we were told to go park over at the Cracker Barrel. We said absolutely not, after some arguing an employee decided to move her car to the over flow at Cracker Barrel down the street. So employees were parked near the entrance but expected paying guests to park down the street at 11pm

The sprinkler was leaking and the bed was wet and the facility would not do anything so we had to find another place to stay

Elevator didn’t work for 3 days and we were on the 3rd floor. The lobby area was under remodeling construction for 3days.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel room was spotless. Our only thought was that the carpet was older.

The faculty was filthy I did not stay one night and was charged for three. I checked got on elevator and then went back to front desk and checked out they refunded the night and then manager went back in and charge the first night and two additional nights I should not have been charged all three nights I couldn’t even stay one night there it was dirty and disgusting

The hotel seemed to be in remodel stage. The room was supposed to be Non-smoking, but smelled like stale smoke. The breakfast was decent.

the staff was excellent however the internet access did not work. the serve kept going down. the elevator was broken and they were waiting to have it repaired. i was on the 2nd floor. also they lobby was under construction the day i checked in so it was a mess and very noisy during the day. Staff was great they kept apologizing. A little heads up would have been nice soi could have made other accommodations.

It’s was a bit to smile for anyone but other than that see you in a country mind

The property was in a great location and the staff was amazing and very helpful. Everything was great actually the best hotel I’ve stayed in ever
