There was a huge insect on the ceiling, a flimzy curtain in the shower, some stains, and the room felt like a motel

I didn’t like when I was given a handicap room and i didn’t request a handicap room.. when i called and asked to be changed to the room i requested I got laughed at.. I did call Hilton corporate and they had my room changed.. not my favorite place

It was well located. The air conditioning went out in our room and they couldn’t fix it. It was very hot outside and very hot in our room. They couldn’t give us a different room so we had an uncomfortable experience.

The staff here is just the best. This is our home away from home when we travel from Australia to see family, so we stay for weeks at a time. We've been coming here for 6 or 7 years now and much of the staff is the same, which speaks to his it's managed. Thanks for another great stay!

The only issue was that the air conditioner fan was quite loud, and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The noise woke us up a couple of times during the night. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience. Thank you!
