No hotel breakfast was provided, but Starbucks operated inside the hotel...however, the closed down at 10AM, which did not suit my personal brunch-type schedule. Location was good becaus it is 2 blocks from Wegman's supermarket where breakfast, brunch etc. can be bought for immediate consumption or brought back to the room and stored in the little room fridge for future reference.

Location Bathroom and all looked like it had been partially cleansed with bleach causing a notable disturbance in the color scheme which was concerning for what may have previously happened in the bathroom. Toilet paper holder was broken. Cleaning staff loud during the day in surrounding rooms. Bed was way too hard. I had back pain daily and did not rest well.

Room and the bed were very comfortable. Easy walking distance to Wegmans grocery store, and even easier to the Route 128 Amtrak and MBTA station. Not only was there no free breakfast, but there wasn't even free coffee (and the coffee is expensive--I paid $5.35 for a cup!) This is particularly a problem since nearby restaurants are not open for breakfast. We walked over to Wegman's to find some breakfast. In this price range, I didn't expect to feel ripped off.

Toilet was broken, supposedly fixed, but was not fixed. AC made loud screeching noise & sleeping was impossible. I was credited a portion of what I paid and treated well by the mgr next day, but until they finish upgrades, I would not stay there again.

Fire alarm went off at 5:30 am and we had to stand outside for 30 minutes. No compensation from hotel staff. Ice machines on 2 floors did not work
