Good location with grocery stores nearby. Having cookes oatmeal would have been wonderful. The water at breakfast wasn't hot enough for the packaged oatmeal to cooked properly.

We were originally booked for a single room with a queen and sofa sleeper and were able to switch to a double suite with a kitchenette for 5 nights. The property is conveniently located between Boston and Foxborough, also close to shopping and restaurants in Dedham. The only downside - daily parking fees to a 3rd party vendor, not expensive and we were able to charge to our hotel room. Otherwise, there is a QR code to pay.

I appreciate the spacious room and full kitchen. Parking was plentiful, and ienjoyed my hot breakfast with plenty of options. The site is conveniently located near Dedham and the Legacy Center.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a variety of healthy foods. Coffee was exceptional! The location was close to our family members who live in Roslindale. Also, we left an article of clothing in the closet in our room, the housekeeping staff found the item, and the front desk staff was so helpful in offering to ship the item back to us via FedEx. I'm not sure why there is a charge for parking at the hotel. Also, WiFi could be offered to all guests, not just those who join Marriot Bonvoy.

Room smelled like smoke especially near bathroom and closet... Front desk offer air freshener spray. But that didn’t help. They then offered to move us but we were already unpacked and some of our children were asleep so we didn’t move but we should have. Other than that with the allowance of dogs be prepared you might hear barking at all hours of the night.

The location was next to a shopping center that had great food this was the only thing that was great about this hotel. The hotel smells , it’s very old…. The lights are yellow the walls are yellow . This is the worst marriot resident I have ever stayed in and will not come here . The floor in the kitchen was sticky. The air conditioner is so loud in the window- mind you, you can’t see that in the pictures!!! When you turn on the AC you can’t sleep. The door was so short from the floor all the light was coming in from the hallway. Breakfast was terrible very limited options, not at all what I have experienced in other states. And the staff was rude , no one seemed to enjoy their job! And they charge you 5 dollars for parking. Coming back to Boston but will not be staying here ever again!

Good. Hostess excellent. The old, low small toilets. These need to be replaced as soon as possible.

I had a great stay at the Residence Inn Boston Dedham. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel is conveniently located near Legacy Place and the commuter rail, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the pool and the complimentary breakfast, which was a nice added benefit. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Very pleasant friendly staff. Clean facilities large room everything you need for self catering if you want or restaurant over the road. Train station 5 min walk taking you right into boston.

We didn’t wanna leave. Everyone is super helpful. It became our home away from home. I would go back in a heartbeat.
