Everything and everyone was amazing! Very close and convenient to shops and restaurants. We stayed for a concert at the Gillette Stadium and the drive was very short and smooth. Only thing was some bath towels thay had some lint and fuzzy but besides that everything was great.

Rooms get serviced every few days. However, you can request an increase in frequency, or clean towels if needed. The towels are not 100% cotton. So, getting completely dried off is a challenge. Rooms on the 1st floor are dark. If you need brighter surroundings, request 2nd or 3rd floor. The 1-bedroom studio has the bathroom en suite. So, if you're sleeping on the pull-out sofa, you have to walk through the bedroom to access the bathroom. This may be a privacy issue for you. This property charges for parking. To avoid these fees, make sure your booking covers this amenity. The staff are helpful and friendly.

I understand in general hotels are not the cleanest, but this one was pretty dirty inside. Unfortunately I know how dirty the floors are because of my baby crawling all around (can’t contain her!). The management might want to consider shampooing the carpets or putting in new ones entirely. Also the floors without carpeting need to be cleaned better. Nice to have breakfast included, but I did see the person working the buffet refill the scrambled eggs from a plastic bag haha. Parking is $5/day with no benefits like security of your vehicle. Kind staff though! And close enough to the MBTA that you can walk to the station which is great.

The best thing was the location. And the kind staff. Things I didn’t like were that the room had window units for ac, the windows were really dirty, the glassware all smudgy, the carpet linty, and there’s no daily room tidy up (only clean towels dropped off every other day, no making of beds, no resupplying coffee pods etc), and the pool hours were not as stated. The breakfast was adequate.
