Comfort Inn - Dedham-Boston MetroWest

The king room spacious and clean. Easily accessible by walking to nearby Legacy shopping and restaurant center.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and fully functional, and the water pressure (shower) was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked well. The small refrigerator worked well. Free breakfast from 0600-0900 was good: eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, coffee, juices, hard boiled eggs, toast and bagels. Overall, very nice and convenient to stay at.

Room was spacious and clean. Barely any water pressure. Air conditioner made the worst noise and had to sleep with it off the whole night

The staff was rude a disrespectful to me and my guest and threatened to call the police on use and the room wasn’t to clean either .

I was stranded after a canceled flight and this hotel saved me. No frills but clean safe and the staff was incredible nice and sympathetic to all the weary travelers just trying to get home!

Due to severe weather, all flights from Boston Logan (BOS) were canceled until the next morning. Hotels near the airport filled up quickly. After a long search, we found Comfort Inn – Dedham–Boston MetroWest. The strange part was that the hotel's own website said "fully booked," yet Expedia still let us reserve and pay for a room. To make sure our reservation was valid, I tried contacting the hotel immediately. The first call was disconnected, and several more calls left me on hold without ever reaching anyone. We also sent messages through Expedia, but none were answered, even after 12 hours. With no way to confirm we actually had a room, we weren't willing to spend even more on a costly Uber or taxi only to discover the hotel couldn't accommodate us. Since it was already past check-in time, Expedia wouldn't allow us to cancel online. In the end, both the hotel and Expedia refused to refund the nearly $200 charge. I understand that the weather wasn't their fault. But taking a customer's money while providing no way to confirm a reservation, no response to calls or messages, and then refusing a refund is unacceptable.

We arrived late in the evening and there was a very long line out the e door due to flights being delayed but despite this the staff were very kind and helpful, making sure everyone was checked in and ready for their stay. There was a hot breakfast in the morning with many choices and the rooms were nice.

My wife and I had our flight completely cancelled at 7:30 at night in Boston and everywhere was sold out and we found this comfort inn. We were able to book online and reserve a room, upon arriving we were met with a line 30 minute long line just to check in. The front desk employees helped everyone with care and patience through the difficult time and I applaud them for being so. Room was clean, comfortable, and had us happy we booked with them. The breakfast was really good as well and was easy to check out. Comfort inn in Dedham was 5 stars in my book.

Towels were mildewy but they gave us new ones. No housekeeping. The biggest issue is there was no water in the workout room or at breakfast - not even water fountains.

Location was perfect for my employees in that area

We were the first guests in a newly renovated room. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. The bed and the linens were lovely snd very comfortable. However, there were a few things that need tending to: a towel bar near the sink; a soap dispenser (there was only hand lotion); body gel/soap in the shower(there was only shampoo and conditioner). A trash can in the room (not just the bathroom). Staff was quick to respond when we discovered there were no light bulbs in the 3 lamps. Overall a clean, quiet place to stay!

It wasn’t very clean and I didn’t feel safe. I left a night early

difficulty at check in with door lock. It was inoperable and we waited till 10:00pm to get into our room after checking in at 9pm and a long day of travel.
