difficulty at check in with door lock. It was inoperable and we waited till 10:00pm to get into our room after checking in at 9pm and a long day of travel.

Clean rooms staff was great

A little outdated but new fridge and microwave.Bed and bedding was comfy and new also. 5 min walk to train. Great breakfast! Would definitely stay again!

Breakfast started late. The food was not set for 7am. Guests had to wait for food and drinks to.come out individually. That took a long time. Not good at all.

Located near restaurants and shopping. Themed was very comfortable and the a/c kept uscool.

Poor customer service

The property was clean and simple. Blackout curtains a definite help. The staff was extraordinary! I got to the hotel much later than I planned -to the degree that I would miss the event I was there for. The team there (desk clerk Rashid and the day manager - I forgot her name!) looked up transportation options and commuter rail times to make sure I would be there for at least part of the event. Truly went above and beyond to be sure I got to the train, etc. When I returned, Rashid asked if I got there for the dinner - I hadn’t- and he suggested a couple of places that Ubereats could deliver from at 10 pm (I missed dinner). Another guest’s coffee maker wasn’t working so he brewed them some from the kitchen. When I left the next day, that team was especially friendly and helpful as well. In a nutshell, it is not fancy but it is priced right especially with free parking and breakfast, and the service is commendable and seems to be part of the culture. Thank you to the staff!!

You cancelled our confirmed reservation the day of arrival and referred us to a different hotel at an increase in rates that was not a good place, with no explanation for the cancellation. Never got to stay there

I liked the staff and their courtesy and professionalism. To be a Marriott brand property, the hotel is in need of serious renovations. The hotel was outdated and had a lackluster appearance.

I booked this hotel 8 months ago but when I arrived to check-in I was told that the hotel closed down on September 1st to become a shelter and I was never notified by them or booking.com.

In all the five days I stayed, they didn’t even change the towels. The location is convenient, but the lack of room service is not acceptable.

Could have done without the illegal aliens being given free rooms and meals. But business is business. Our stay was fine.

It was very loud; doors slamming and people running down hallways/stomping above at all hours. I was there for 4 nights; housekeeping did not come once! My 2 trash cans were over flowing. I needed more towels. I didn’t have hand soap for sink. TV service was spotty. I went to front desk to make another reservation for a few days later. A couple of hours later, I returned to inquire about something regarding said reservation. I was told I didn’t have an upcoming reservation, despite the fact I just made it a couple of hours prior! Very frustrating experience during this stay!

Nobody could make a decision. Managers did not have a clue. Perfect at making excuses. Room was not cleaned once. No new/fresh towels once. Good at excuses. No discount as promised after the stay.
