Everything was okay! Just had to go during the Nor’easter because the hotel wouldn’t give a full refund for the weather. My event was canceled and I was going to pay one night on a 2 night reservation due to the hotel sticking to the cancellation policy they have. We made a bad weather situation into a learning experience.

Clean and very friendly love the place

The TV remote was AWFUL. I never did figure it out. It said the TV didn't have internet connection which I think meant that I could not get a lot of channels. I certainly hope they change that in the future. I am very glad I had my iPad.

Smell in hallway. Did not meet my expections for the price I paid

Beds were extremely comfortable

Overall, great experience. TV was problematic, the bathroom door did not have a working lock, and the window was leaking the entire trip.

The attendant and her supervisor were unprofessional and under trained our account is corporate and engine takes care of our incidental’s when she asked for a card I said it’s a corporate account and incidental is taken care of through engine she then informed me that I was wrong they have to have a second card on file I tried to show her my itinerary so she could see what I was saying and she didn’t even care to look at it she went and got her supervisor who was equally unaware and didn’t want to see my itinerary either and have never heard of such a thing and told her to just say no card and see what happens and she then made the comments this required a room change which happened to be the farthest room in the back of the hotel and was not the room we booked notgoingbackifihaveachioce!!

A nice stay. The room was very nice and updated. The lobby was nice and the breakfast was varied and good.

Great hotel.Very helpful staff.Clean and very comfortable bed.Quiet room.Breakfast continental but for us was enough.Parking next to hotel and location is also plus.We were very happy to be there.

Not good services

Great staff, interesting room design with the sink and bathroom not really being connected but it's good for a weekend stay

Nice cold AC, great location for going to Gillette. Staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was good and everything was clean, would stay here again

Parking was nice but you had to pay $10 for it. Not appreciated but one has no choice.

I was rebooked at this hotel because it’s been overbooked at the Hilton nearby. May I say what a pleasure it was. This hotel was clean and quiet and staff were very professional and helpful. I would stay here 10 million times again.
