The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. However, it was clear a previous guest had been smoking in the room.

hotel room was clean and nice, staff that i interacted with was friendly. very inconvenient that the only microwave available is all the way out in the lobby by the front desk. the mini fridge in my room definitely needed a gasket change as the door wouldn’t shut properly. the worse however, my last night the A/C cut out. the room was 76-78 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the entire night. while the temperature outside was 90° and that’s not including the humidity. they had no fans, and no solutions as there was “nothing they could do”. i have chronic migraines and my mother had heart problems, for people who have health conditions in which they cannot handle the extreme heat, they should have proper solutions for something that is faulting on their end, the hallways were cooler than my actual room. it seems the AC cutting out is frequent. other than the terrible heat and no AC on my last night, the hotel and stay was great. they have some fixing up to do otherwise.

Our room wasn’t ready when we got there. We had to wait almost a hour when we needed to be ready for something. The air conditioning wasn’t working through the whole hotel on a hot humid day in August. The toilet kept clogging and leaking. I practically made friends with the maintenance guy. Only good thing was the beds and pillows.

there was mouse residue evry where my first night they moved me to an other room wich had the same issue i asked to leave the property and refund me they only accepted to refund one night ... ill definitly consider more expensive places next time rather than being in that place

Room was very old and really strong smell inside, hallways and carpets downstairs were very dirty!

This is a beautiful property. The Hilton brand quality is medium. This property had duct tape in sections of the carpet in the main areas. I was surprised.

The property was poorly maintained

After waiting, I went to the front desk myself to follow up. Instead of sending someone to fix the issue or inspect the unit, they simply gave me two fans. I explained that I can’t sleep with fans because they make me sick, but there was no other solution offered. I then asked if I could be moved to another room, but I was told there were no rooms available. As a result, I had to spend the entire night in an extremely hot room, slept very poorly, and woke up the next morning with a headache. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but what was most frustrating was the lack of urgency and customer service in resolving the problem. I expected a much better response, especially after reporting the issue multiple times. Unfortunately, this experience made for a very uncomfortable stay, and I would not choose to stay here again.

This is the most terrible place I have stayed, it should not be classified as a hotel. My daughter saw mouse about 2 hrs into our stay. We got moved to another room with dusty headboards and a buzzing sound from the AC. Maintenance came and reset the AC before even entering the room, when the sound didn’t change, he said that’s the best it gets, you can ask for another room. I called the reception, and the woman Dawn who was unfriendly, asked me when I called to complain , “what do you want me to do?” To which I replied, “are you seriously asking me that?”. Come downstairs then”. She said. We got moved to a third room for the night and she gave us breakfast vouchers as apology. The third room, bathroom didn’t flush. Thank goodness we only had to urinate. Let’s just say, we slept with the bathroom door closed and left them the dirty toilet. I was tired of moving. I shared my concerns with other guests I met at the lobby, we were all sharing our unpleasantries about the hotel. Worst ever experience!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. I also appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. I look forward to staying here again!.

My whole family traveled to Boston to celebrate our cousin's graduation, and we stayed at the Hilton hotel for the weekend. Unfortunately, the hotel was awful—there was a strong smell of weed, the lobby was dirty, there was a leak right at the entrance, the shower had weak water pressure, and the bed was uncomfortable. Additionally, the pool was unavailable for children, and anyone could easily walk in and out of the hotel. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won't be staying there again.

Room needs updating. Dining…. A small pizza took 45 minutes at the bar. Breakfast was not included. There were no signs indicating this for a buffet breakfast. This cost a small fortune for a muffin and coffee. Pool was closed. Water damage in the hall ways with buckets all around. Will not recommend this place.
