Clean bright room breakfast and staff and location.

The room was clean and the AC worked great - especially since we were there during the heat wave. The only disappointment was the pool was closed for repairs.

We stayed here for a week recently while visiting family in the area. The breakfast offered is a great deal although the people that staff it are highly variable. Manuela who works there is great, very attentive, always smiling and friendly, and always available. Another woman, Ivonne, obviously dislikes her job. She almost goes out of her way not to be available for guests whether that is offering drinks, providing the check, or just general helpfulness. I found her to be unfriendly and never smiled. The other employees at the location including front desk staff were great. I believe for the money you spend and the location, this is a great option. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean comfortable quiet place

The staff is VERY friendly and helpful.

Our room lock wouldn’t unlock we kept having to go to the front desk to get new keys every time we left and came back to the room until after the second day my husband said enough is enough and they move our room. The pool is out of order would have been nice to have said that on the website at the time of booking.

Overall everything was on point

Due to a name change there was a billing error on my part and the manager, Daniella, could not have been more helpful. She was very patient and responsive as we worked thru the issue. I cannot say enough about how professional and personable she was. You are very lucky to have her on your team representing holiday inn. She is a true asset!

Keep on very good

Ample parking and nice breakfast and area. Gym could use an overhaul and finish pool. It’s a little ways from downtown, so if depending on bus be prepared to wait awhile if later at night or take a rideshare, which wasn’t that expensive.

Site in general was clean and well maintained. Cleaning staff are thorough and really nice, stayed for 7 days and they truly came and gave fresh sheets and towels every day. Some of the desk staff is interesting to say the least. On a high note, Debbie was amazing, so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, the location was really convenient being next to Tavern in the Square, Bamboo, Across from CVS and from Legacy Place. Only downside, It was a bummer that the pool was closed during my stay.

room service only cleans the bed and change towels. no clean on bath tub and floor. other than that, all is good. breakfast is excellent!

A somewhat minor point: the room was booked for 2 people, but there was only one bottle of water in the basket. Breakfast at the Nook was nice. Good selection.
