Staff were all nice and communicative, making sure our room keys worked when we returned from events. Helpful with any questions and such. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with needed items.

Staff were super helpful when I called about early check-in and every moment during my stay!

This is a case of you get what you pay for. It was clean enough but the hallways & rooms had a very strong smell of air freshener which always makes me wonder what they’re trying to disguise. The elevator was broken and I was traveling with someone with mobility issues. No rooms available on the 1st floor and no offer of help with the luggage. The stairway up to our room was grubby. Our door didn’t work so the front desk clerk came up & showed us that you had to turn the level-style handle up, not down. Then when we left to go to dinner, the door wouldn’t close! We finally decided to leave anyway and gave it a slam as we left & it closed. The water in the sink was hot, couldn’t get cold, & was on full blast or nothing. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed but I would look for somewhere else in the area next time.

Our stay here was terrible. It is very run down. The elevators were not working, the shower made a loud squeaky noise, bathroom fixtures loose, hardly any lighting in room, ice machines not working, room temp either too hot or too cold, and a strong deoderizer odor in room. Buffet for $15 would have been better if plates were hot instead of ice cold and food was hot instead of warm-ish. All that for $200!

The room was fairly clean, but the carpet was old and stained. The air conditioner was effective but very noisy. Bath was clean, but very cramped. Lots of towels. Good hot water. We did hear some noose from adjoining rooms. TV was old and did not allow streaming. There was only one nightstand between the beds. Wish there had been one on the other side of each bed. Poor views. Was okay for one night. No breakfast. Really annoyed that they are keeping a deposit for “incidentals”, whatever that means, for 7 days. Too long. Decor was rather worn in general.

Quiet and peaceful area. Elevator wasn’t working so we had to climb up the stairs every time we went out. Had trouble opening the door at times. Very good air conditioning.

Stayed here before. I’m never disappointed.👍
-
it was very good.

The elevators were out of service all weekend, they didn’t notify prior to arrival or I would have canceled. Absolutely ridiculous especially on a busy weekend.

Nice stay for the night, thank you

My door was broken and would not lock, I had no hot water all three days I tried to shower, the tub would not drain and was clogged, and it was 7 dollars to do a load of laundry! I’ll stay elsewhere next time I’m in Boston.

Clean, comfortable, good value
-
Clean bright room breakfast and staff and location.

The room was clean and the AC worked great - especially since we were there during the heat wave. The only disappointment was the pool was closed for repairs.

We stayed here for a week recently while visiting family in the area. The breakfast offered is a great deal although the people that staff it are highly variable. Manuela who works there is great, very attentive, always smiling and friendly, and always available. Another woman, Ivonne, obviously dislikes her job. She almost goes out of her way not to be available for guests whether that is offering drinks, providing the check, or just general helpfulness. I found her to be unfriendly and never smiled. The other employees at the location including front desk staff were great. I believe for the money you spend and the location, this is a great option. I would definitely stay there again.

J’ai aimé l’accès à un déjeuner brunch sur place, mais il n’était pas inclus dans ma réservation.
