Staff was not very friendly nor helpful. Room was poorly maintained

Clean room, but there was a marijuana scent in the hallway of my room that I smelled all night😓. The restaurant and bar were closed, probably because the lack of staff...seems to be the case everywhere these days😥.

The room was decorated in the 1980's (Think Hyacinth Bucket in Keeping Up Appearances) - it is in desperate need of an update. The property is beautiful and the hotel has great potential - we hope they make updates or it will be a true loss. They don't make places like this anymore - it has the potential to be a treasure but feels like it has been forgotten.

HARD TO FINE. DINING ROOMS CLOSE EARLY. tHE FRONT GATE IS BEING WOEKED AND YOU HAVE TO GO A DIFFERENT PLACE TO GO OUT BUT IT IS MARKED.

A beautiful facility

I booked a room through booking.com, arrived and was told no rooms were available and there must have been a double booking. My credit card was still charged $300 & the hotel will not email me back.

A unique property in a private neighborhood. Quiet, calm, peaceful. A perfect stay for my needs.

Just ok, odd situation where there’s a private country club with members and hotel guests. Everyone was friendly, however, nothing about the amenities and what we did or didn’t not have access to as guests was ever explained by the staff. The dinning rooms were difficult to find and seemed to be intended for club members. I had read online that guests were welcome to use the facilities, but reading that is one thing, having someone explain and encourage it is another.

Had a one night stay and enjoyed it. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Everything was clean and neat. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice size with nice views. Would stay here again.

Was an outdated room. Squeaky faucets and ripped chair. Windows wouldn’t open. Room wouldn’t lock from inside

Staff were great and it was a fun experience. I would bring my own pillow next time.

Our dogs GSD (2) were very welcomed to the property, front desk was very friendly.

Great restaurants spa and hot tub steam room the total experience was amazing and fit for a honeymoon with the historic views and secluded location

We did not get to the hot tub and the massage center was all booked up .

the spa was fantastic

Staff kind and helpful. None of the restaurants open. Hot tub out of order. Would love to stay there again in the summer.
