Size of our room. Staff were helpful. Cleanliness. The parking lot was full of trash, no one seemed interested in picking up. Grass and bushes were not cut. Not up to Wyngate standards.

All,in all, I would stay again.

Floors were dirty in the lobby. The hall way has strong odor of marijuana. When we opened our room there was a pizza box on the table trash was over flowing onto the floor and the bed was a mess. When I checked in the first thing the front desk said was you can’t smoke in your room. I guess that didn’t include marijuana. We went back to the front desk and checked out. I DON’T recommend this hotel at all. It took a couple of phone calls but they finally refunded my money.

Towels were great, bed linens were clean and comfortable. shower water pressure was very low so it was hard to rinse soap. The water temperature was either cold or too hot. Staff said to turn water on and wait 15 minutes to get hot water. Also it looked like mildew or mold around the bottom of the shower and the sink was cracked. The carpet was old and dirty. my socks and slippers got quite dirty walking in the room. Halls dark, carpet dirty. Not a pleasant stay.

Heated pool was amazing! The work. Out room great too ! We will return Great area with every thing in driving and walking distance!’

The room was very subpar. Ceiling coating was falling off, the lights in the bathroom were missing the covers, the sore safety lock was missing half don’t didn’t work and the tv didn’t work. At breakfast the fruit juice was very watered down.

Bad

The location of the hotel is fine. It is close to everything that I needed it to be. You can tell it has not been updated in several years. The rooms are dark. There is water damage to the ceilings. There was a crew there while I was there working on the roof. I do not think that I would be staying here again, given the other choices in the area.

Good

They did honor my request and put us on the first floor. The first two nights were not bad, but the third night, all you could hear was slamming doors and people yelling the entire night. It is definitely not a soundproof room! They were doing construction so hopefully it gets cleaned up and looks better than it did.

I’ll never stay there again.

Exceptional

The room was clean but old. The bathroom was small. The floors creaked, we noticed like a mold smell! The attendants were nice but the place had structural damage. Elicit behavior seen and heard but the staff ran them off.

Did have all breakfast items including hot bar with eggs and sausage.
