I’ve frequented this hotel over the years as this is my hometown. My only issue this visit was the lack of towels. There were not towels on 7/4/2026. I had to use paper towels to dry off after a shower. I asked multiple times and provided the dirty towels so that they can be cleaned. It took over 4 hrs to actually get clean towels. To be honest I was treated as if it was a privilege to have towels. The explanation I received was “we are going through a towel crisis”. It was very frustrating. On top of a charge for a food item on my room, that I nor my guest purchased. We weren’t at the hotel at the time of the purchase. This was rectified immediately, which I am grateful for.

Clean ,great location We were not able to get any sleep after the first night. There were a bunch of kids running around yelling and playing through the hallways playing loud music til 3am the lobby was packed with kids and adults no where to sit quietly the pool was full of kids . Kids running around urinating on doors. Staff member had to escort them to their rooms. No rest the last 2 nights of my stay. I had a conversation with the front desk clerk at check out her response was are you part of the football team. Absolutely not and had I known I would have booked elsewhere.

The suites were very clean and nice to stay in. The location was around every activity we had planned for the weekend, and was perfect! I wish the pillows were a bit better. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable.

Clean spacious rooms. Nice little microwave/fridge set up for convenience food. Quiet and peaceful rooms.

We will definitely be staying here again. We travel a lot and I have to say that this has been the best hotel so far. The staff pay an important role along with the cleanliness, The room and bathroom were superb!!

The room was mostly clean. The bathroom could have used a little tlc. The pool was small and over filled not their fault but also not enjoyable. The beds were not tempurpedic as advertised. Breakfast was small, not a great selection, over crowded, and not well restocked. No fresh fruit. Only 2 yogurts. They had someone making your waffles for you and controlling the toppings. And the set up was terrible with plates being put in the middle of a very small bar. My daughter was on crutches and on 2 occasions house keeping left their carts blocking the exit off the elevators, not just to one side ,but fully blocked with 2 carts. I would not recommend nor would I stay again.

Very clean throughout the entire facility. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious with all varieties of breakfast foods. Having one employee whose sole job was to make waffles and serve them in quarters rather than having everyone make their own is genius and much easier than everyone who wants one crowding around. Great stay! 😁
