I had a good enough stay. It is a Red Roof Inn, the accommodations were adequate for the type of property it is. Got a night of sleep and a hot shower and moved along. Property is positioned well with many options for shopping, dining, and entertainment within walking

All of the Staff was very professional and helpful. 👏

The room was absolutely filthy and disgusting, as was the entire property. I checked out a day early because of the deplorable conditions, and the only reason I stayed the first night was that all other hotel properties were completely booked that evening. I would strongly recommend you remove this property from your listings.

Rooms were old, not well maintained, for my price of 335.00 for the night I was robbed. I should have known that Red Roof Inns are at the best marginal, but was hoping for the best. My bad,…..it is sad to always see greed is still alive and thriving in America. Ripped off, yes, my fault,,,,,find a better place to sleep.

Diane (Front Desk) was so helpful & friendly. The property was well kept, but needs some updating & deep cleaning.

Way overpriced

I made the mistake of waiting to long to book a hotel for our stay this weekend. We were so dissatisfied we left a night early. The room smelled like cigarettes, the floor was actually sticky from someone not mopping up correctly, there was a layer of dust and hair behind the bathroom door, a clearly water damaged ceiling that was not properly repaired, and the door was coming apart so you could actually see outside from the bottom. I have stayed in alot of places, and for the amount they charged us this was disgusting.

It’s an older tired property and it needs some love.

Mattress was worn out. Toilet was not securely attached to the floor. The curtain had holes in it. Looked like bullet holes.

n/a We actually cancelled the reservation right then and there because it was dirty, and there were also a lot of cockroaches.

Second time I stayed here, and everything was great. It’s a no frills motel, but if you just need a place to stay for a few nights, this is it!

Bed and carpet wet with urine. No other room said to be available. No action by management or housekeeping. No help here

Staff was great

Nothing I booked 5 nights at Canton, OH. I arrived at the property late at night and was extremely disappointed by the condition of the room. It was not properly cleaned and was clearly unacceptable. The floor was so dirty that we could not walk on it without wearing shoes. In addition, there was a sock behind the armchair, a drinking straw left on the chair, a tortilla inside one of the drawers, and used dental floss under the sink. These conditions demonstrated a serious lack of housekeeping and sanitation. I immediately went to the front desk to report the issue and request a resolution. The front desk attendant acknowledged my complaint and offered a full refund, which I accepted. I checked out the following day with the understanding that the refund of the remaining days would be processed. However, to date, I have not received the promised refund or any communication from the hotel regarding the status of my request. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and ask that the agreed-upon refund be processed as soon as possible.
