smell like smoke In room Had to wash the whole room down Dusty, dirty floor mold in the bathroom One soap and one shampoo Didn’t even want to take a shower. It was so gross.

1. Change the room entry locks to tap-and-enter. The card-latch technology used now is finicky and janky and the office personnel do not offer adequate explanation of the magical dance necessary to make it work. 2. Please up the quality of the coffee and accouterments. I know the hotel is affordable, but coffee in the AM should not be compromised.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient area

It is a Red Roof Inn. I got what I expected. I got a nights sleep and a good hot shower. Property was very busy but was still quiet enough to be at peace. Having so many restaurant options within a 5 minute walk was very nice. Close to the highway, easy on/off. The only setback on the stay, they charged me $5 more than the price advertised on Expedia

Last time I stayed, the room had a small fridge, a microwave, and an ironing board. This room had none of those things. Bed was VERY saggy. Rusted lamp, rusted chair, lots of mosquitoes and flies, including dead ones in the bathtub.

Room was filthy, I tried to clean it with no luck had to stay the first night did your time we arrived? Did not stay the second night due to filthiness of room. Would like a refund on my second night.

Location was great, any type of restaurant or shop you could want was very close within walking distance. Room had a horrible smell of cigarette and weed smoke. We asked to be changed to a different room however the smell was just as bad with the added bonus of the deadbolt or internal security lock not working as it appeared the door had been kicked in at some point. Terrible natural light as if you wanted to open the curtains people could see straight into your room. Unfortunately for us timing was not ideal as there was several things on in Canton so this was the highest rated accommodation available to book.

Easy to find and locate. Wasn’t crowded I always had a parking spot close to my room. Little things like the shower curtain in room 224 wasn’t clean. No microwave or refrigerator. But other than that the room was great for the price I paid.
