Great property! Everyone was so nice, the rooms were clean, and the beds were so comfortable!

For a handicap accessible room, the door swung in so you could barely get in and the shower had no bars, was not roll in and if Zi was in a wheelchair would not have been able to use it, horrible

The hotel was clean and modern. We enjoyed the way the room had a separate bedroom and seating area. Also there was a TV in both areas. We purchased the breakfast buffet, which was at the restaurant/bar attached to the hotel for $18/person. I would not purchase it the next time. It was a very poor quality breakfast for that price. There is a Bob Evans or First Watch right within walking distance.

We had a couple issues with the rooms, but the staff took immediate care of the problems. We liked the proximity to activities and venues. We had a great few days there!!

The rooms are a smidge dated. The carpet was torn at the threshold which is a tiny trip hazard. The pillows are a bit flat. Overall the stay was good. Price was a bit high for what we got. Staff was friendly while communicating with them.

Clean, convenient location. Elizabeth at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Second time travel from NyC and CA to here very nice hotel and close to everything . I love the laundry availability with app so I did not to pack a lot .

We were disappointed there was no breakfast included! The toilet ran all night….

Check in was great, very friendly. The room was ok. The balcony door handle was broken, it didn't lock and the sheer curtain was ripped right down the middle. There was hair in the shower

Our room was freezing and they couldn't turn down the AC. THEY TRIED.

Other then trash in the room that wasnt ours seemed clean Room nice size for us and children No breakfast Ladders in pool missing step and not connected Trash in room not belonging to us Couldnt fit babys milk in frig (too small)
