Great place, amazing staff

Very nice hotel and professional staff. Clean establishment with every restaurant, Mall and entertainment within walking distance. Out go-to hotel when we visit Canton. Lastly, Marriott has never disappointed regardless of the location.

Only issue we had was rhe thermostat didn't work

The staff was amazing especially the bartender, who welcomed us and was very pleasant.

Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Rooms are clean. Close to downtown.

Amenities like free coffee and breakfast are not provided. Rooms were clean but dated. Could use a facelift.

The property was dirty and not well maintained. The swimming pool and hot tub were not maintain or cleaned so I used it once and did not use it again after. The gazebo area was dirty and not cleaned. The hallways were dirty. The elevator was dirty and the initial room I was given had cracked tiles and the wallpaper was filthy. I was not happy and I thought this was a Marriott hotel. this is not what I expected from Marriott.

Hotel was convenient. Breakfast was not great. $10 for the “buffet” and we did not eat more than 2 bites because the quality of food was not good.

I was overcharged for the pet fee. Still waiting to resolve it.

I liked every one thing about the courtyard by Marriott.. the room was nice , nice , the amenities were helpful , and relaxing , .. I had a great time Ohio ,! Hope to see u guys again !

Great location

**Room 1:** Garbage left in the room, the pull-out sofa mattress was absolutely disgusting. It was covered with large dark brown and black stains that nearly covered the entire mattress. The room showed obvious water damage, poorly repaired ceilings, and had a dusty, musty smell. It was completely unacceptable. **Room 2:** We were moved to another room, only to find more garbage, including juice boxes left behind. The pull-out mattress was again stained with pink and brown spots, was very dusty, and had a strong chemical smell that reminded us of air conditioner fluid or gas. **Room 3:** By this point it was late at night. We had driven for hours, our Expedia reservation was non-refundable, and we were traveling with three tired children. This room was slightly better, but still unacceptable. There were purple stains all over the walls and ceiling (staff suggested it may have been cleaning solution), leftover dental picks on the floor, food stains on the desk, and other surfaces that had clearly not been cleaned properly. The pull-out mattress wasn't stained, but it was badly worn. We cleaned what we could ourselves because it was nearly midnight and we had no realistic option but to stay. Breakfast/te

Clean room, comfortable, plenty of room

Hotel itself was great.only some staff knew what they were doing however. The female that was working at 6 pm the night I checked in said she put me down for the airport shuttle for next morning however when I went to get the shuttle next morning I was advised she did it wrong and the driver was going to late. The morning staff Diane was a great help and I only had to wait 30 minutes while they contacted the driver.

Very noisy when we stayed and a group of kids running around and bending the door early morning 1am.

Front staff was super nice, got to room and was filthy, gummies all over floor, clothes in chair bed, hair on blankets, was put into another room and was even worse, trash on floor, packets of something all over floor, floors not vacuumed and more clothes in chair bed, toenails on floor by bed, went to breakfast and was treated very bad by employee, told front staff at checkout, took name and said would contact but I doubt it will happen , very bad experience, had 2 year old with us, could have been bad. Great value and close to the Football Hall of Fame.

Our hotel stay was very disappointing. There was trash left in the elevator, and the pool and gym areas were not properly maintained. Dirty towels were scattered throughout the area, along with leftover food and drinks. The lack of cleanliness made these amenities unpleasant to use and significantly affected our overall experience. And we had to purchase towels, because the hotel didn’t have anymore clean towels.
