Room was terribly noisy off the nearby expressway. Bed was uncomfortable. There was a huge disruption in the middle of the night when a loud argument/fight occurred somewhere outside our room. This was brought to the attention of the front desk staff upon checkout. They explained that several wedding parties had been booked that evening, and seemed sympathetic to our complaint but offered no remedy or course of action. Will definitely not be booking with any Marriott hotels in the future. Disappointing. Sub-par.

Everything was great no complaints

The front desk staff was very nice when we checked in. Check-in was easy. When we entered our hotel room, we checked the bed and found stains on the sheets and mattress pad. There was hair on the mattress, pad, and sheets. There were dead bugs and BED BUGS. We were in the room for less than 10 minutes. We returned to the front desk and spoke with the same woman who checked us in. We told her we needed to check out and that we found bedbugs. She immediately promised to check us out and issue a full refund. We have not received the refund or a response to our follow-up.

However, I was expecting more based on the reviews I had read, particularly the comments about the cleanliness of the facility. The hotel felt somewhat outdated and had an old, musty smell throughout. Our room was clean overall, but there were noticeable stains on the carpet, and the shower had a mildew smell. While the staff provided excellent service, the condition and overall freshness of the hotel did not meet my expectations. I hope the hotel considers updating the property and addressing these cleanliness concerns, as the staff truly made an effort to provide good customer service.

Close to highway and shops

Very nice lounge and Lobby area. The front desk staff was amazing on my check-in. Very patient when I encountered a Wi-Fi issue. Room was very clean and comfortable. The area was generally quiet.

Not the best accommodation in the area. Very expensive breakfast. Stayed in area several times, Holiday Inn Express is much better.

Only part of our stay that was pleasant the front deck staff.

The staff was awesome and very helpful.
