Our bathtub was black. A dead roach was on the bathroom floor. Old crusty used towel was left on the door. The eggs were chewy. The place is run down. Definitely not what was pictured. Then when I spoke to them they said we can move you or give your money back for one of the 2 nights. I said money back. Now a week later they say oh we can’t refund you! I’ll never stay at another choice hotel again! I will never use Expedia or hotels.com again. They promote crappy hotels for over the top prices! They can’t refund you either!

Breakfast was weak, the eggs were terrible. The coffee was good. After the first morning we went out for breakfast.

Put this place down and rebuild a real one

The convenience of the location. It was warm where the rooms were located. Our room seemed to have been a bit humid. The air was set to 66 degrees for us and did not seem to cool the room down well. Linens were not as clean as expected. Beds were very firm on a metal box spring which squeaked every time you moved.

This was probably the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. It was absolutely FILTHLY. There was mold and rust in the bathtub so badly that I had to wear sandals. The included picture does not show the chunks of black that would come from under the mat during a shower. The hair dryer, air conditioning, and microwave were all broken. There was no housekeeping, no availability of clean towels. When I talked to the front desk for the third time, they came and emptied the trash but nothing else. I tried to get another room but they were all sold out because of a big event in town. I doubt I will ever stay at a Quality Inn again, I know they are all franchised but if they do not oversee their brand, I will no longer have trust in them.

Very nice staff. Clean rooms, just a little musty and old smelling in the hallways, but I'd stay here again.

It was very basic hotel! but nice serves breakfast everyday. Good locations many restaurants, stores and near Hall of Fame.

The staff are helpful

The room was not cleaned very well. The freezer had something that had spilled in it and froze. The bathroom was filthy. The breakfast was lacking and poorly maintained.

Location was close to the highway and plenty of food options bit dirty and ran down

Affordable The room was filthy. It looks like the tub has never been cleaned. The towels had dirt stains too and the toilet ran constantly

The bed was terrible to sleep on and the pillows were not good either. Room was clean but shabby looking. Did like the microwave and fridge in the room. Kind of expensive to stay for what you get.
