Comfort Inn Hall of Fame

It was very clean. The rooms are very spacious. The breakfast was pretty decent. It only serves from 7 AM to 10 AM. That’s what I love the most because I am an early bird. The only thing I would have to complain about is the parking it is very limited when there is heavy traffic in the hotel, but very convenient to see from every window on the property. It was perfect. I could see my car from my room window.

The hotel didn't have a reservation for me since it was made via a third party. After several phone calls and an hour of negotiation, they figured out that the name on our reservation had been changed to a person who was already there and we were able to check in to their room. But it was 100% awful with no indication that we would be able to stay there. After that was worked out, they stay was fine, just a couple of hours shorter than expected.

Room was clean and up to my expectations

I’m gonna be honest here I was a single traveler motorcycling from New Jersey up to Cleveland for the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame then down to Canton for the pro football Hall of Fame so I was not looking for a big-time hotel or massive luxury. I was just looking for a low cost accommodation, but the people they are treating me very nicely. I needed to extend my stay another night. They made it so it was easy with no issues and could not have been more pleasant about it if you’re looking just for a good night stay at a decent rate. This is a good place for you. I want to thank them all for making my stay enjoyable.

Charged twice. Took days to get a response. Still eating for credit

And the one person at front desk who was kind and patient with my issues with booking, I want to " THANK YOU", for making me feel ok after so much drama with booking! EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME THANK YOU ALL EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING CLEANING!

Good location. 10 minutes from NFL Hall of Fame. Congenial staff. Well maintained property.

I’ve stayed here several times and will continue to return if I’m ever in the area and need a hotel. The place is clean and breakfast is good. Staff is really nice.

The hotel is somewhat dated but was adequate for a quick overnight stay. The included breakfast was quite substantial and more than I was expecting.

The hotel was nice. My only compliant is the walls are a little thin because you can hear the people outside smoking in the back.

breakfast was chaotic. there was as little league flag football. Felt sorry for the lone person who was trying to keep up with the mess that was made by some of the children. Overall it was close to what I expected.

Rooms were clean. Parking was great. acces to rooms only.onw small elevator.

Said they would call in the morning at 8 am and no call back and no maintenance showed up. Customer Service was very poor and not very friendly.

The room was non smoking and it smelled like smoke the first night. Overall the room did not feel clean.
