Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Canton

Everything was great, we would stay again for sure.

Could have a better breakfast.

Very good stay.

The stay was and the accommodations were a good value for the money.

Side door was unlocked during my stay. Had to change rooms twice. Once due to lock issue. Once due to no fridge or working usb plug.

We had an excellent stay. It was easy to find right off the highway. The front desk agents were very helpful, especially Alison S. Alison helped us switch rooms when we were not able to switch inputs on the smart TV. Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious and there were multiple offerings every day. The Fitness center and pool were clean and well kept. We stayed a week and felt well taken care of during our stay.

staff was friendly knowledgeable and very helpful

Staff are very nice at this place, but my kids love pool, and it was closed with not previous notice, even staff they didn’t know why pool wasn’t open, a lot stuff around the pool look like a construction place, but the rest is ok.

Only one ice machine that did not work. The television has terrible video and audio. Apparently a remodeled building Marriott just slapped their name on! Bad choice.

We arrived about 9pm and the woman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. She had to come show us how to work our key because the lock wasn't reset. She really made the difference on our scoring our stay!

It was clean and close to the location that we were going to We were supposed to check in at 3 o’clock. Our concert was at 7 o’clock. we were unable to get in our room till after 6 o’clock, we were having to get ready in the lobby did not get to take a shower or anything that was planned. It actually was a little miserable. Said they did not have enough cleaning people.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful!!

Just looking to finalize this. Thanks

Breakfast was good. Outlets in bedside stand did not work. Room and bathroom were tolerable but in need of renovation. Back door to property was NEVER locked. Staff were very cheerful and pleasant.

They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful! My granddaughters gave the hotel 10 stars!

Older hotel. Room had an odor. Shower was walk in style but not much water pressure but water got hot

Helpful staff. Decent breakfast
