Easy to access on/off freeway, rest, food and gas. My room with handicap walk in shower. There was nothing keeping Most of the in the shower so the floor got all wet.

We partied too late to get food at the regular restaurants, so ended up eating at the sports bar place. The food was horrible, but the staff and drinks were great! The guy running the Bloody Mary bar in the morning was awesome. I think Cynthia at check-in could use a stiff drink or a few days off.

I am a senior and saw many seniors at the facility. Therefore safety is my concern in the bathroom and I am sure the senior also are concerned. There are no grab bars in or around the shower so I did not use it because I might have fallen with nothing to hold onto. Grab bars are not only for senior anyone who has an injury etc could use them.

And the couples spa was a sterile and cold experience, and not at all exclusive and romantic for a couple. We might as well have gone separately. And the $350 price is way to much for what you get. They took out the infused water station. The hanging fountain in the spa didn’t even work properly. Only three hanging drops dripping and the base was not put together right.

Beautiful setting, such a stunning area of Oregon.

The room location and walking around the site The bathtub was stopped up and filled up with water during my shower. A snake needs to be put down the drain, or the plumbing needs to be fixed.

food was as expected. They lit me check in at 10 am; took shower and went upon my day before coming back to sleep.

We stayed one night to attend Wildlife Safari. We purchased discounted tickets at the casino hotel. Our room was spacious & clean! The king size bed & pillows were incredibly comfortable! We had a great time with our son in the arcade too! We ate dinner at the Cow Creek restaurant and our server was Teri (I think?) She was wonderful and so nice! I hope we can come visit again, our stay was excellent! Casino floor across from the restaurant is smoking and we would have preferred it be non smoking in that area.

The floor in the bathroom was buckling.

The bed was very comfortable. Lots of parking! Yummy chocolate chip cookies.

How nice the rooms were and that the pool stays open until 2am A little pricey

Loved the property and all the amenities. It was a nice time. It was beautiful. Everything you needed in one place. Great cookies when you checked in. Would stay here again. Comfy beds/pillows. The drain in shower was plugged. Standing in ankle deep water. Toilet didn’t flush good.

Clean and friendly staff Dogs whining and barking in two different rooms keeping my wife and I up both nights. Women fighting with someone on the phone in next room over.
