Older hotel, but easy shuttle to casino, staff was very nice. Easy check-in.

We were given free bottles of water upon check in. Rooms are very outdated and there was never anyone in the lobby when we went in. Breakfast was in a room with the lights out and no one in there.

A quick overnight. Not fancy but nice and clean. Quiet and slept well. Helpful staff. Tiny breakfast but gets you started. Nicer then similar motels for overnight stay.

Was first assigned a room already taken. Man in his underwear upon maids master key entry. Got assigned a new room, i can accept a mistake.. happens. New room i recieved has floor and wall rot in bathroom, holes in carpets in 4 spots. Fridge and freezer does not work ( sucks when you meal prep for a WHOLE week). And everytime i turn on the microwave it blows the breaker. Not even accessible from my room. So each time i had to walk downstairs, report issue to get fixed. Solution...i had to unplug EVERYTHING in the room ( including the fridge that doesnt work) and turn off EVERYTHING. Microwave my meal prep dinner in total bored darkness. Once fully heated, i could pkug everything back in and turn on a few lights again. Stayed 5 nights, not one single maid came to service the room once...

Very dated room. Lock of door patched up with packing tape. Cracked tiles. Trash can full of trash. Parking very tight, left with nail in tire. Only good thing was polite staff and very spacious. Otherwise, I don’t plan to stay here again. Maybe ok for others.

Room was clean and comfortable

This is obviously not the fanciest hotel in the world. I was impressed by how clean the rooms were. The owner was incredibly nice. I mostly judge my room by the 4 most important to me. The bed, the shower, the hvac, and cleanliness. All 4 things were better than I expected they would be. If this place is in your price range, I definitely recommend them. The parking is not the greatest though.

We came in after a long day of travel and it was busy at the front office. The man running the front desk very nice and helpful. We stayed on the 2nd floor and he carried our 2 large suitcases upstairs for us. After a long travel day it was much appreciated.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the highway and the staff was very nice. Good place to stop and rest for the night.

Rooms were very clean! Staff was very friendly and price was fair. Kind of a sketchy area. The only other option in Canyonville was Seven Feathers and we weren’t staying for very long so we figured we’d save the $60 and call it good. Rooms had pretty much no road noise despite being right off the exit BUT the sound from the hallway is loud and you can hear pretty much every footstep outside the door.

Location and friendly staff. Place smelled strongly of dogs. Breakfast was a joke. No room coffee service.

This property was not being well maintained.

Friendly staff. Nice shower. While clean the facility is very dated. Looks like it hasn't been remodeled in decades.

Was very clean quiet and affordable and conveniently located! Asked for more pillows in app before check in, didn't get, room needed more for 2 people! 99% of Cable channels that said available didn't come in....staff wasn't very informative about amenities.....

No elevator and no sheer curtains so didn't open the cirtains

Pet friendly, Dude at check in was kool.

The night life was quite lively with a packed parking lot filled with late night activity and some recreational useage. And when you wake up assuming you actually slept considering the very old and spring poking mattresses allowed you to, you will not find a coffee pot to assist you in waking up. When your neighbors decide to shower you will have nice waterfall sounds for ambience, as it sounds like it will come through your roof at any moment. On the bright side they do have a mini fridge, tv, and a microwave. The room was also fairly clean and no crazy smells in the room. The one thing we still cannot figure out is how they got 4.7 out of 5 stars as it is far lower than that. It would realistically rate 2 1/2, but for a truck stop motel without the truck stop it was ok.

No staff at Saturday afternoon check-in, post-it on counter “back in 15 minutes” 40 minutes later. Computer issues checking in. Room had non working outlet next to bed. Duck tape holding door lock together. Outdated and poorly maintained inside and outside.

The manager on staff was friendly and courteous. The place supposedly went through a renovation in 2022 but I am pretty sure the carpet and mattress were from when it was built in 1973. The shower head was so low, it would have only accommodated someone who was 5’ or less. From what I could tell the only renovation from 2022 was the flooring in the bathroom which was a nice tile floor. Stay here if you are desperate but don’t expect a good nights sleep unless you are used to an 40 year old spring mattress.
