We really enjoy staying here. It's clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very goods and lots of choices.

Drury Hotels are great. Love the amenities, service, and nice rooms.

One of the elevators were broken. The hotel was full all weekend so it took 20-30 minutes to get up and down.

I never leave reviews but this place and staff was amazing. I had a bridal shower to attend to on the Sunday at noon and got the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. We ended up checking out after the first night way later in the afternoon and was only charged for one day. Not sure if they do that for everyone but amazing service. Will return.

The staff was professional. The room was clean with the exception of the carpet being stained in different areas of the room. I reported it and will make sure the carpet is cleaned. Breakfast was really nice. I missed dinner and drinks. There was a storm and one of the elevators stopped working. There one only 1 working elevator. I would recommend this Hotel.

Booked a king bed, was given 2 queen's. I was told that was expedias fsult because they didnt have a king bed??A/c in room wasn't cooling off. Someone came to room to fix it and all he did was stand on the rolling office chair feel the vents. Turned A/C off and on then left. Room eventually cooled off a little after 4 hours.Way to many guest , lots of children. Could not use the pool or hot tub because of too many people each having lots of kids.Food area was so crowded, guest were rude, sloppy, didn't clean up after themselves. Coming in food area in wet dripping swim suits. Spilling drinks on floor and walking in it in bare feet, leaving wet pool towels on tables, floor and chairs. People filling their plates to full and wasting food leaving it in tables. Would run out of food on the buffets because of the huge rude over eating crowded guest. Is there not a limit of how many people/kids can be in one room?

Unfortunately, one of the two elevators was out of service for the two days we were here. This resulted in many traffic jams and periods waiting to get to the room. I’m sure it was impossible to have it repaired since it was a holiday weekend. Otherwise the property is well maintained and the staff were polite and attentive. The property was booked up and those staying there were a mix which all seemed to get along together well. We did not use the complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres. The complimentary breakfast was good including the coffee.

Wonderful staff! Room was very comfortable, especially the bed! Enjoyed the food as well.

Just a wonderful relaxing place to stay! Terrace on the 8th floor is a nice place to relax in the evening or with coffee in the morning!

Other than my coffee pot in my suite. I had the best time. The front desk was able to accommodate my mishap. It was fixed immediately. So quiet, with the cleanest environment. The pool chemicals were exact. Thank you for the great work. Completely satisfied.

Property was very nice and clean, staff was great, breakfast all good. Only complaint is the noise, constant hall noise, constant noise above us like furniture moving all night, didnt get any sleep and the hotel i have been to that didn't have any form of fan noise, usually we can use a bathroom fan, or our air conditioning fan but there was no constant fan on the system, nice place just loud, was not very relaxing.
