Quality Inn Cape Girardeau North

Our room was nice, loved the refrigerator with a separate freezer! The bed needs to be replaced - had a definite dip toward the middle. Toilet seat also needed to be tightened which we notified staff about.

Nothing There are leaks everywhere in the hotel. They had buckets catching water in the hallways. A portion of the ceiling had fallen out and they had it semi covered with plastic. You walked in and it just smelled like dew and mold. Room smelled even worse like cigarettes tried to push through because I was absolutely exhausted but it was rough got zero sleep because walls are as thin as paper and could hear other guests. Do NOT stay here definitely not worth the $90 I spent here.

At 915 pm on a Friday night maintenance was using a hammer drill in concrete...just irritating and very loud!

Floor was filthy. Bathroom faucets leaked and tub floor looked deplorable - wouldn’t have felt clean if had chosen to shower. Room looked half finished. A/C barely worked - set on lowest setting, still read at 78°.

Room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property should not of been rented till all the repairs were done. The ceilings had multiple holes in them. The ceiling between our beds had a 3 ft bubble in the paint and showing that they had leaks. There was no other hot food other than the waffles, no sausage or eggs, etc. The pool and the guest laundry were closed. No working elevator, and no other room to put us in. (I'm disabled). I and another guest were using Febreze in the hallways and our rooms because of the mildew smell. Replacement items were strewn in the kitchen area and the front foyer. Again, shouldn't rent until all repairs were done.

Location was nice and quite Was a mess. Holes in ceiling. Buckets all over the floor from roof leaking. Food in hallways. Messed of mold and cigarette smoke. Air conditioner in rooms was junk. Shower in room had cracks in tub with tape on it. Hair everywhere. Was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed at.

Not much to like here. Free workout maybe. Free Marijuana smell. Free already eaten chicken out side of room in the hallway. Hey at.least the toilet worked i guess. Pool was filled but not open. Front desk said it had not been inspected yet. Elevator was out of order and we are a travel ball family. We lugged alot of stuff up and down the stairs. We stayed on second floor and the roof leaks. They need a $50 refundable deposit for damage upon check

First and foremost I booked the room because there was supposed to be an outdoor pool, no water in it when I arrived. Staff had no idea if the bedding and pillows were hypoallergenic. Your breakfast options were bread, bagels or waffles, no meat options. Place was overall pretty dirty. Even at $100, I would not go back!

Rooms smelled like smoke, AC vents popping out the walls, sheet rock in rooms cracking and missing in some spots, trash cans in lobby full of trash falling out, rooms were not ready and had to wait for room to be ready, stains in toilet, stains in bed sheets, rust on lamps and shower heads, and to top it off they had kids working and cleaning....after all of that I still couldn't get a refund, so me and my family left and went else where....management/corporate needs to be known of this!!!!

iI basically used the room to sleep. I had friends to visit and eat dinner with. Bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the LG TV! It felt like home.

Couldn't understand staffing, but was nice The AC didn't work good and room was hot all night.

It was nice to have the oversize fridge and microwave if you stayed a while. Convenient to the town. The place looked and smelled clean. The owner??? was pleasant and helpful. Reasonably priced. The place needed a bit of upkeep. The ceiling in my room was split open and sagging along the crack a bit. They had a pool but it wasnt open for some reason. Empty in fact. I hadnt planned to swim but if i had i couldnt have.

NOTHING everything was dusty and nasty
