This hotel was very nice and accommodating. The guy at the front desk at check in was very nice and refreshing to talk to. The hotel it self was very nice and clean. First impression walking in made me want to stay multiple nights. I love the pool BTW very nice and after a long hot day! I will definitely stay again. 100% recommend

Everything was nice and clean. Also, it was very quiet. Breakfast was very good with lots of options!

The entire experience was great. The only thing I missed was maybe some potoes added to the breakfast menu for non meat eaters and stubborn toddlers.

Very nice, well run, well staffed, quiet yet and convenient location. Stairwells needed to be vacuumed and tidied, however, everything else was clean and maintained. Decent breakfast though food only tepid, and abundant parking provided. Though the shower enclosure leaks a bit, though shower is strong and is what hotel guests pray and thank God for afterwards when they stayover at a property. I anticipate repeating my stay in the future.

The Staff at Tru Hinton Cape Girardeau were INCREDIBLY helpful, always happy and ALWAYS willing to assist in any way!! The breakfast is fresh everyday and there's fresh baked cookies and milk til 11pm. It was such a great stay - highly recommend!!

I would like to say that the staff are some of the nicest people I’ve encountered while traveling. Expedia messed up with the payment and it was a 2 hour process to undo it. But the hotel staff were amazing and did everything in their power to resolve the issue.

I loved the pool table in the lobby. And all of the games they had there. Made where we didn't have to go anywhere to have fun.

The breakfast was good. We had different options. The staff were all so helpful. There was a full house due to the tournaments. Each staff member was patient and helpful with a hotel full of different teams with middle/high school kids. The property was clean and we really enjoyed the games offered in the lobby. We will return next month.

On Monday I had chosen a room with handicapped shower which had a bench to sit on for handicapped person. The staff said they did not have a handicapped room. Check in was starting at 3:00 PM. Saturday We got to Tru Hilton at 5:00 PM and staff said rooms were still dirty. Breakfast was pits. Oatmeal was instant package. Staff did not know how to start toaster.
