    Beautiful property. We were told the property is 6yeRs old but honestly it looked and felt brand new. Morning breakfast staff was very nice. Buffet eggs were actually good.

    The front desk clerk was the perfect example of great customer service! The room was clean and comfortable. Also, every staff member that I passed going to and from the room was pleasant and kind. Creating a positive and relaxing visit. I honestly didn't dislike anything.

    Everything was clean except ept for the bathroom. There were strands of hair in shower and floor. Other than that zero issues. Thankful for the young lady that assisted checking me in for my second night. There was hair in shower & on the floor.

    The hotel was nice and the staff were nice and professional. I did think it was unnecessary for us to pay a $10 fee because we were an hour early for check in. If the room was ready and we were renting for one night, what difference does it make that we were a little early. I paid the fee because I didn't think that the hotel would appreciate all of us sitting in the hotel lobby drinking. We were on the road for 4 hours and ready to relax. Also, when asking for extra towels and an extra blanket I felt like I was being accused of stealing....they made sure to check our room number and marked it down that we got extras like we were going to steal them...I'm sure it happens a lot and is a huge expense, but it just didn't sit right with me. There were cobwebs in our bathroom that I did not notice until the next morning and our comforter on our bed was dirty...did not notice that until it was too late either. It is easy to access and close to where we needed to be. The way the shower was situated made out bathroom floor wet, which is an accident waiting to happen. The shower needs some sort of barrier. The free breakfast in the morning was adequate...coffee, eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, toast, muffins, bagels, juice, cereal, milk. The AC in the room was great.

    Hotel was pretty decent. Everything was clean and comfy. Only complaint I would make is that the walls are not very soundproof. The people in the room next to us had loud music and raised voices most of our first night. You couldn't understand what they were saying, but they were very loud. Otherwise, great stay.

    The rooms did not have any curtains. So the outside parking lights are shining in your room all night and in the morning you’re awoken the crack of dawn because there’s no filter. The elliptical machine in the fitness center never worked the entire time. I was there, even though I mentioned it to the staff. The view is atrocious.

    The smoke detector in the room flashed all night long. When I told the clerk, he acted like that is normal. We went to breakfast at 9:30, they were out of most everything. Another guest said they thought they were preparing more so we sat down and waited. At 9:45 she brought out more sausage. I went over and asked if she was bring more eggs and was told they were getting ready to close at 10:00 so they wouldn’t be preparing anything else. Don’t offer breakfast until 10 if you’re not going to keep it stocked!
