Comfort Suites Jackson-Cape Girardeau

Quiet, comfortable, clean, and very convenient location. Breakfast was underwhelming but was free so can't really complain.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and any questions we had were handled professionally and with a smile. We also appreciated how easy the location was to find. DoorDash had no trouble delivering to the hotel, which was convenient after a long day of traveling. The indoor pool area was clean and well-maintained. While the pool water itself was a little cool, the room was comfortably warm, making it enjoyable to spend time there. The fitness center was also clean, organized, and in excellent condition. Considering the reasonable price, this hotel offered great value. Between the comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, clean amenities, and convenient location, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly stay here again

Staff and would not control or fix the noise problem or do anything about it

Hotel was no clean. Spider webs everywhere. Rooms smelled like mildew. Woke up congested because of the mildew. Do not recommend for the price you can get a much cleaner hotel with better amenities

The location to sports plex was good. Waffle machine had technical difficulties

Close to where I was going on this visit as well as the highway to return home. Property was clean and quiet

Air Conditioning was noisy, the bathroom door did not close. The linens were dingy. The furniture was subpar, lots of damage on them scratches and dings. The carpet was stained and dirty, the bathroom had water damage around the tub and there were cracks in the ceiling drywall.

They had a good breakfast, and the pool was nice. Our room was clean, but the bathroom had a weird smell.

It was way below average and was not a cheap property to stay at. Very dirty room, bathroom was disgusting. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool area was even dirty. Front desk clerk was also doing the breakfast area. Wore the same gloves from food area, to front desk, back to food area.

Rooms were terrible. There was a gallon of spoiled milk and mold in the refrigerator. The bathtub and toilet was nasty. The sheets had stains on them. 0 out of 10

There was no water pressure, luke warm water both nights. The breakfast was subpar & with an hour left with breakfast the workers refused to refill empty items. Several people complained to no avail. Breakfast area was dirty & two people sitting upfront playing on their phones. We made our first & last stay here!!

Hotel was ok, not terribly dirty, but not very clean. Chose for the jetted tub in the photo. Come to find out there was no jetted tub in the rooms, it was a regular very old tub that wasn’t quite clean looking, so definitely false advertising. I would absolutely not have chosen this hotel otherwise. No hot water because a pipe burst in the city so we couldn’t shower or use the pool. Not hotels fault, but very frustrating after a long travel day.
