The swimming pool is the best in town Would be nice to put a microwave in each room

The location is ideal for us to visit family in the area. We enjoyed the pool very much Parking is a bit of an issue. Especially with larger vehicles. You need more hooks or towel bars and some hangers in the rooms. Grab bars in the shower would also be helpful.

Pool, cleaning, location and polite staffs. There are not hangouts for towels and clothes. The coffee machine didn’t work. The air conditioner was noisy. The sound insulation between the floors is very poor.

What Breakfast? Loved the navy washcloths. A closet, tissues in the room. A clock.

We checked in a couple hours earlier than 3pm. They were able to give us the room before 3. The entire staff was pleasant, polite, and accommodating.

everything else especially the lady that kept our room immaculate, It was wonderful seeing the owner Tony a very friendly man and always around to just chat with his guests, he welcomes you like family. After all these years just what it feels like. Our room location was on the second floor which we had requested. For several years we had stayed on the main floor. Those room have been updated in a variety of ways, we were disappointed for the price this year.

Area Price, Coffee maker was dirty not able have a coffee. Pool was cloudy.

nothing Room was horrible, outlets didn't work, was spaghetti sauce on the side of the refrigerator, TV didn't work, door didn't reach the floor, so easy for bugs to get in, and dirt was everywhere.

Location to my activities

People were nice in area. I like all of it

The location is great, it was only a few blocks from the beach so we loaded up our beach cart and walked. We also had bikes that we were able to lock up at the hotel and take around the neighborhood. The pool was great too, very clean and close to our room.

This motor lodge is very affordable compared to most hotels and motels in Cape May. We were aware that it isn’t a five-star property with all the bells and whistles, but it still exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, and both the pool and outdoor bathroom areas were spotless. Our room was simple, with a queen bed and bathroom, but also included a sink, cabinets, and a fridge—which was a nice bonus. Everything was very clean and well maintained, making it perfect for a one- or two-night stay. A downside is that it is a bit of a walk to Washington Square and the beach, although there is a Jitney available for transportation. We chose to drive instead for convenience and we didn't mind; we knew that going into this! While we weren’t expecting anything fancy, the only improvement we would suggest is a more comfortable mattress or a mattress topper. The bathroom is a bit small for our toiletries, but the table and shelving unit were helpful! We would definitely consider staying here again!
