Exceptional

Shared spaces in hotel were clean & welcoming but individual room was dated and dingy- expected more for cost of one night’s stay. Booked a room for 4 with one pull out sofa and one bed but did not receive any bedding for the pull out, prompting a wait for a late night housekeeping call. Bath towels and pool towels were thin and worn.

Enjoyed our stay. Solid choice in Cape May. A little too much paperwork for everything, nut it works.

Overall good but there’s some odor in the room.

The location was convenient to the beach. The room we received paled in comparison to the one we booked on booking.com. Cramped with uncomfortable beds and only one sofa. The listing had 2 sofas and bubble lens images depicted a room that was listed to sleep 6. That would have been impossible. Our listing showed a King Henry room and we did not receive that.

The room we stayed in wasn’t really sound proof. Every morning we were awakened by the people above us, stomping back and forth across the floor and little feet (I assume they were Kids) running back and forth across the floor. So much for sleeping in.

Planning to return next summer.

My husband and son liked the eggs. My son is Gluten Free and the accommodated him. Did not like the potatoes for breakfast.

Everything was great. The staff, the room, the pool, the restaurant. My wife and I stay here for 2 nights every summer. We love the location too. Nothing

Location , indoor pool was nice The rooms were outdated and beds were awful uncomfortable. I paid for a suite too and I was disappointed. Hated that the outdoor pool was smack in the middle of their parking lot.

Whole property was super clean and all the staffs were helpful. I enjoyed my stay here! I would love to visit again!
