    Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Several amenities in my room were not working, including the microwave, the telephone, the internet/Wi-Fi, and the ice machine. When I approached the front desk to report these problems, the manager refused to let me explain. She repeatedly interrupted me and kept saying, “I’m the manager,” instead of listening to my concerns or attempting to resolve the issues. I have traveled extensively and have never been treated with such disrespect. A hotel manager should demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine willingness to help guests. Instead, I was met with arrogance, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of customer service. As a paying guest, I expected a clean, fully functional room and respectful treatment. I received neither. It is incredibly disappointing that my very first experience at Hampton Inn turned out this way. Rather than feeling welcomed as a first-time guest, I left feeling ignored, disrespected, and frustrated. This experience has caused me to lose confidence in Hampton Inn, and unless this matter is addressed appropriately, I will not stay at any Hampton Inn property again. I also intend to share my experience with others so they are aware of the level of service I received. I respectfully request that Hampton Inn investigate this incident, provide a written response,

    Onsite parking ,room was clean and hotel lobby was clean .Staff was friendly,breakfast looked good but we didn’t try it

    I came to take my daughter to the NSO @ CSUDH. It was a perfect location. It was near restaurants, banks, and stores. The room was nice and clean. The full breakfast was definitely a bonus! The staff was very welcoming, and were also aware and acknowledged that I would be a late check in! The pool was clean, and the kids enjoyed it. Room service was very accommodating. Then we left for Universal Studios, about a 25 minute drive.

    Our son had a flag football tournament at Dignity Health Sports, hotel was 5 min drive (15-20 min walk), right of freeway and 25 min from LAX. Ample parking. Breakfast was better than expected, eggs made fresh with cheese and garnish; waffle maker, cereal and bread options (muffins, loaf cake), oatmeal, had variety of toppings; each day was different hot option-bacon, sausage, tater tots. Outside pool was nice, not that big but had hot tub. Room was clean and housekeeping kept up nicely. Few dining options nearby but if want to go further need car. Overall great stay

    This stay was OK. We have stay at this hotel on many occasions and I feel it is time to maybe do some renovations.

    Overall good stay, breakfast was good and kept full. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. This was not our first stay , whenever we come back to LA we will stay here again Front desk staff can try smiling a little, elevator carpet needs to be cleaned

    This delayed my ability to resolve the complaint and created unnecessary stress during an already urgent situation. I understand that hotels may have policies regarding room access, but disabling our keys without prior notice felt inappropriate and unprofessional. I was actively trying to do my part to address the concern, and this action only made the situation more difficult. I would appreciate an explanation as to why our keys were blocked and why we were not informed beforehand but when I asked the receptionist said she didn’t why.
