Plaza Hotel Gardena

Nothing at all! It was disgusting. Sheets were dirty and stained no AC in the room so it was at 95 in there. I honestly hope the booking app takes this place down so no one pays for something so nasty. I didn’t like everything about this property!!!!

Plaza hotel Gardena is located in a very popular area, lots of stores , shops and restaurants. Very diverse community, the only thing I’m not to happy about the shared amenities, the other people that stays here are a bit nasty , so you know I have to sanitize the bathroom everytime I go to the bathroom. Other than that it’s a nice hotel to be away for a while

THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK TRIED HARD AND WAS HELPFUL, DOING THE BEST WITH WHAT SHE HAD TO WORK WITH. IT WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT CLEANED VERY WELL AS THERE WAS STILL CLOTHES THERE FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST.

The staff are Accomodating and are understanding, if you are truthful with them they work with you so don't lie to them. They are good people I would stay agsin.
