Hotel Pacific Garden

A simple budget motel. Okay for one night only when you are on the go in between important things to do. The very nice young man at the reception was extremely nice and addressed our concerns. He personally came up to the room and replaced the stained sheets, replaced the dirt towels and really felt bad for the condition of the room. He was so nice that we just looked the other way and cleaned the room ourselves, went to sleep and left the next morning.

We just stayed 1 night after a long flight that landed in the middle of the night. Very old in desperate need of renovation. Breakfast options are limited.

The TV is not working. When I try to complain, they said that nobody is around to fix it. I manage to make it work only to find out that the hotel has no cable TV only air antenna and only can get 6 channels. Breakfast is something not to desire for.

Very convenient and accessible to other places. Staff are respectful and listens

Friendliness of staff. Location. The room. Yuck. For my last 4 visits, I have always been able to stay in the same room and I always love my experience, but it was not available for this stay. This stay I got: Dead horsefly’s on floor. Carpet is sticky and nasty dirty. Dirty handprints on the walls in bathroom. Booked room for 2 people . There was 1 washcloth and 1 towel clean for use. Got bit several times both nights Bed was HARD and uncomfortable. I was charged the same for this single bed room as I am usually charged for the double Queen deluxe room with a patio. Going forward, if “my” room is not available, I will stay at a different property.

Big parking lot Canceled my reservation I booked a day ago because I opted out of paying online. So fyi If you choose to pay in person they may cancel your room.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Lobby and garden area very beautiful ! No toilet paper holder, broken handle on the drawer. Saw several dirty looking stain on the carpet.

Wifi is good. Towel is little bit dirty.

The garden view was beautiful with a private patio or you can relax and enjoy nature not worrying about other people walking by your area it's excluded for those who's staying in that section of the hotel Nothing to complain everything was perfect 100%

It was clean. The booking.com price was excellent. The regular rate was too high for this hotel and that caused some discouragement. But overall it was good. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The regular rate was too high, which caused me to leave and find a better budget friendly hotel. Hopefully they lower there rates so people coming in from another state can benefit from it and extend their stay.
