New Gardena Hotel

Great option when travelling to LA. We were down for the Anime Con in DTLA, and when the traffic relaxed for the World Cup, we were able to go from the hotel to the Convention Center in only 15 minutes. The area around the hotel is much safer and cleaner than DTLA as well. Enjoyed our stay!

Nice people nice staff the hotel is old and smell old is cleaner but is old but the people is so nice

i didnt like that they had no freezer in the refrigerator in our room. we carry ice packs for our medication. they did however offer to keep them in their office freezer. overall very nice place.

Choice of breakfast, Japanese or American. Staff very kind and helpful. Izakaya restaurant attached to the hotel. Free parking.

All in all an OK hotel, but check in took for ever. And the hotel is overprized for the quality and location you get. Whilst the room was ok, I wouldn't go back

Room is clean, and staff are super friendly and accomodating.

We just had a long lay over and wanted a nice place to stay. Highly recommend, staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming

Delicious free breakfast with Japanese style or continental style. Friendly staff, well presented room, good internet connection, free on site secured car park. Easy access to freeway.

Friendly stuff Breakfast

The friendliest hotel staff I’ve encountered. Hotel was clean and quiet. Water pressure and temperature were perfect. Bidets in the bathroom were incredible. Free breakfast was so good. 10/10 would recommend. I only want to stay in Japanese hotels from now on thanks to this place.

The room was clean and comfortable. The secure on property parking for no extra charge was nice. Staff was very pleasant. We were attending an event at the Kia Forum. It was a good location for that, not walking distance though. The included breakfast was just so so. You get two choices, an American plate or a Japanese plate. We went with the American plate. It was just ok, eggs undercooked, bacon undercooked, that sort of thing. Also there are no food vending machines, only drinks.

This hotel is an older hotel but man they keep it impeccably clean. Very happy with our stay.

Only downside to the place is that the pool was closed. Even still we would stay again in a heartbeat

They provide Japanese style breakfast and it is very good.
