New Gardena Hotel

Bidet with heated seats, free underground parking garage, and the most comfortable king-sized bed I’ve ever slept on. What’s not to like??

I was surprised it was only a 2 star because it’s in line with some 3 star rated hotels. It’s clean and staff are very nice, professional, courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was pretty filling. There’s a Japanese or American option for breakfast and it’s free. Also parking was free and gated/secure! Not too much negative other than it can be a bit noisy since it faces a busy street and we were on the 4th floor and the sink drains slow.

I’d definitely stay here again. Stayed here for two nights in a standard double/twin room with my friend. It’s a small independent hotel ~ I emailed ahead to ask if it would be okay to ship items there prior to arrival. They allowed me to place my orders keeping in mind of their limited storage space for no charge. I’m from Hawaii so there’s some things that don't ship there or is much more expensive to ship so this was a relief. Self parking with 24/7 access was included with the room. Breakfast for two between 6-9:30a at the restaurant right outside of the lobby was included. At the time, there were 3 options: Japanese curry, Japanese breakfast (with chicken, saba, or salmon), or American breakfast. We tried the curry, Japanese breakfast with chicken, and the American breakfast. It was all delicious. The room was pretty spacious. Tv had streaming service options. There was a mini fridge with separate mini freezer and a standard double sliding door closet that you can’t see in the booking photos. Includes usb ports and a wireless charger on the alarm clock. We didn’t have time to check out the laundry room and fitness center since they have standard operating hours but those amenities would’ve been great if we had more time there. There are microwaves on every floor and a vending machine in the lobby with coffee/energy drinks. The front desk sells instant rice, assorted ramen, slippers, etc. They also provide free premade coffee out of a thermal carafe. I was surprised that they didn’t provide room slippers, but I noticed that they did sell them for $4 which is fine.

We LOVE it here! We will always come here when traveling to LA.

The hotel is very nice! Clean rooms and linens, nice free breakfast and free parking. Staff was wonderful. One recommendation make better, stronger coffee. Other than the coffee everything was great. Will book here again on our next visit to LA.

This hotel is excellent for the cost performance. The facility is a little old, but it’s maintained well. The breakfast is the best. I will definitely stay again.

Really really enjoyed this hotel. Amazing service, amazing value and nice location. Stayed here during the 2026 World Cup so it was great location to where we were going, close to Park and Ride locations. Also close to a grocery store and many restaurants. The service was awesome, from check in to check out, everything was taken care of. The rooms were very clean, pillows were comfortable, almost the best sleep I’ve had. Parking was chill as well, you get a ticket from the front desk and fair amount of parking the garage. Breakfast next door as the best part.  You can get a Japanese Plate (Grilled Fish, rice, miso soup, salad, natto, pickles and vegetable side dish) or an American Plate (2 eggs, one side dish, 2 bacon strips, 2 pork sausage links and toast). I would love to stay here again! Everything was amazing!
