A very clean and comfortable place!!

Closed to Freeway and Stores Room smelled like Cigarettes

Price of the room was decent Transparency, they wanted a deposit ($40) for a $.30 card that they didn't disclose when I booked. All other properties on this app disclose that when booking. After trying to find an ATM to withdraw from, I returned to the property only to be left sanding outside for over 30 minutes waiting for the clerk to return to the window. I've booked many times on Booking and never experienced this, no wash cloths only drying towels, loose toilet, slippery tub (nearly slipped while showering, that's a hazard). Just the worst.

Roaches in the room and stains on bed and shower every where and a bad odor

I loved everything about it and everything is near walking distance

I like the location the rates was very reasonable

Nothing There was roaches on the beds, bathrooms and sinks.

Room seemed dusty, plumbing needs to be sanitized for odor control, vents were dusty, overall appearance could use improvement. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The clerk was horrible! He wanted us to pay AGAIN, he was rude and disrespectful, and he switched out the room we paid for with an older, run-down room! Never will stay there again!

Room cleanliness — The room was clean and well-maintained Amenities — Particularly appreciated the shampoo and soap provided Key quote (paraphrased): "I don't think there's anywhere else in that area where you can stay for this price — so 4 stars." One small issue — the face towel appeared stained even after washing, almost like a cleaning cloth. The owner likely isn't aware, so I wanted to mention it. Overall great value, just a minor disappointment.

Everything My TV just didn't work

I got I got allergy to smoking she good or room which is exposed to the whoever rent the place this place was smoked in I had to really open the door to breathe TV wasn't working and the message was all hold on it for the previous tennis over was standing there so I need my money back 75 hours please

They kept 20 of the 40 deposit.. I was only maybe 10 mins over the time.. but never had that happen before.
