The property was under construction. However, there were paint spots on the floors and doors..mold in the corners; however the beds were excellent, customer service great, laundry room had only 1 working washer and dryer, which was very inconvenient considering they are located next door to a sports facility. Breakfast was good. Overall it was just 2.5 out of 5.

Location to expressway No signage at all to hotel, under construction, kitchen in room dirty, elevator plate broken off, pool was supposed to be open but door was locked, breakfast was awful.

The room was clean The room was dated. Paint in the sink. Thermostat on the wall but temp was controlled by the wall unit.

It was under construction when I went but still amazing. The lady who checked me in was great. The check out could have been better but other wise a good stay.

Staff was really top notch with customer service. Friendly and had smiles always. The place was decently clean. Pool was perfect, because it was indoors during all the rain while we were visiting.

The stay was great. The room was very spacious and had what we needed to get through our stay. They are currently renovating the exterior but the interior of the hotel was squared away.

We were in town for a tournament at the Lake point sports facility and the hotel was literally in walking distance which was perfect for us! The hotel was clean, spacious and the staff had excellent customer service! If I'm ever in town again, this will be my go-to spot!
